“Honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have been too in a while. Besides a small cosmetic crack on the AC exterior and a rusty door in the ceiling (probably to access some plumbing or wiring), it was spotless. No hair in the towels or the showers, no rusty shower head, dirty floors, no dust, nothing. I don't know if this hotel is newer, but it was definitely clean. Other hotels need to take note. Separating a small part of your budget to replacing towels/linen every quarter/6 months or replacing shower heads or toilet seats. No one wants mildew on their shower head, someone else's hair in their towels and sheets/pillows or deteriorating toilet seats. Breakfast was the same the two days I was there, the only thing that changed was the eggs went from cheese omelet to scrambled, and there were potatoes one day and not the other. However, still a full variety. Front desk attendees were all nice, and the on-duty supervisor texts you everyday to make sure there isn't anyone that can be done to improve your stay!”

“We stayed here for one night and enjoyed our stay. Big spacious room with a gas fireplace and queen size bed with comfortable bedding. The included breakfast was very good and parking was free. It's about a 15 minute walk to the village. There is a pool table and extensive book collection. The service was excellent and check in time is 2:00pm which you don't see anywhere else. We will stay here again for sure.”

I absolutely love the old house style feel and decor and yes, even the creaky floors🫣 Chatting around the breakfast table with other guests and the owner was an enjoyable experience as well! And the food was delicious and freshly prepared😋 Being greeted with an envelope taped to the door with instructions instead of regular check in really appealed to my romantic book loving heart😝 First bed and breakfast experience and one hundred percent will do it again!!”

“Stayed one night while I was in town for the Frightmare in the Falls convention. The room was pre-booked so check in was a breeze. The front desk clerk was very welcoming!! Not always the case in other motels / hotels so that made the start of the stay perfect. Big room with clean beds. Bathroom is small but has everything you’d need. Perhaps the only thing I’d suggest to management is to perhaps change the TVs to bigger ones with cable. The current TV works fine but is a bit on the small side. But there are only 4-5 channels available. All in all, I’m super happy with the stay and recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a well located spot.”

“My husband and I stayed here for one night. The place is decent and comfortable for a quick stay. Check-in and check-out process is simple and quick. Ample of parking available. They charge you extra though for using their parking lot ($10 for the night I believe). The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel overall needs a good refurbishment and upgrade in terms of its overall look and cleanliness. We liked the indoor pool though, it was clean and accessible easily. The front desk staff are friendly. I would recommend the staff on breakfast duty and room service to pay more attention to their work though as they seem to be busy doing other things at the time of their duty. Sadly the breakfast options are pathetic and you are better off getting breakfast outside in the town from a nearby restaurant. Overall our stay was not too bad. Would recommend if its a quick and short stay.”

“Our family of three and our dog stayed a week in the Majestic Suite...and wow!! The place is incredible, and the view is insane (14th floor)! The walk to the falls is nice, and we could do it several times a day since it was so close. I loved going at night! We went to the Buffalo Zoo one day, highly recommend! Papa John's is right there if you want something quick. Hard Rock is a short walk away. You can see the casino from the master bedroom , it's a short walk away! Would definitely recommend The Giacomo to friends and family visiting Niagara falls!!”
