“Booked room through Expedia’s thinking we were staying near the tower and commercial area. Once checking in we were told our room was not in the hotel but 200m away. We walked a few blocks down the street and then down a dark alley that felt unsafe and too sketchy for a family with kids. We asked for a refund and left. The next day we got an email from Antonio stating they would not refund us. This place is a scam.”

“Dated hotel, needs modernising. extremely small car park, 3 cars at most which must be booked in advance. There is car parking close by at 20 euros per 24 hrs. Rooms are very basic but clean. With air con, V poor WiFi. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of items. Excellent location for the leaning tower and bars and restaurants, bus stop right outside the hotel with frequent buses to the central station.”
