“Had the worst experience with this hotel and the staff!! Not even basic things were available in the room. No drinking water, AC didn't work. After complaining multiple times they shifted us to a different room. And then while going out for breakfast to Annapurna, the staff gave us coupons for breakfast since the breakfast was complementary. When we came back, another staff started harassing us to pay for the breakfast saying it wasn't included in the room charges. When we refused and left they kept calling us the next day from 6.30 am till 11 pm till we paid the extra charges. Total miscommunication among the staff and we had to suffer the consequences.”

Though my stay with my family was one night & checked out morning, it was very relaxing with no noise after long journey & followed by business meeting. Rooms was comfortable and totally satisfied with the stay. Staff were polite & my request was also arranged with 2 rooms closeby. However, we missed to have breakfast at your place, but your reminding & checking was very thoughtful. Thank you team for warm welcoming, Amenities, customer service and hygiene/clean in the room. Hopefully next visit to Coimbatore, will book the rooms with you. Would be great, if inhouse restaurant is available. “This was my 1st business trip and the check-in was smooth I had got an early check-in. 1st day The room was good but the bedsheet cover was not changed it had blood stain marks in red colour told them to have it changed not done. 2nd day looks like everything was fine and in the evening the washroom light was not working informed no one turned up and the television is totally waste to switch on it gets stuck every 5 minutes when I asked them the person told here it has a problem. 3rd day room cleaning was done if it was on guest request at least for courtesy they should have asked. During check-out told the front desk person to send a person for luggage no one came. unfortunately I had left my clothing in the hotel called them the next day the person told we will keep it once you come we can handover it. Further to this I had to move to Ooty I had a 4 days stay over there and returned to Coimbatore to collect my clothing and booked my train from Coimbatore for this only. When I approached they said sorry we don't have any information from the concern person whom I spoke to. They called the concern person but he didn't pickup the call. Their solution was you can give me your address we can deliver it and courier charges to be paid by the guest for this miscommunication. So I had to leave the place. I called the hotel to speak to the concern person he says sorry for the trouble I will get it done since it's 5 days till now no responses from the hotel. Very poor management not recommended to anyone for 1 night stay also. The ultimate thing is they charge 1800 Net with breakfast, wifi, drinking water on request only & towels, soap, shampoo & safe lock. When I went to Ooty the room rate was 600 Net only without breakfast just a small residency they offered wifi, tv & drinking water which was too good and provided the essential needs.”

“I am in room no 10, ground floor. It is supposed to be air conditioned but the same is not throwing any cold air. No mosquito repellent. Worst to it the front desk personnel and other service members does not know any other language than Tamil. So how Government expect non Tamil speakers can visit this property in Coimbatore? The bathroom floor is very dirty. No drawing table/ or mirror is in the room except in bathroom. Hate the design. Not worthy at all. Most disgusting.”
