“Hotel is fairly old. AC unit sounded like a V10 engine. Bathroom was VERY small. I’ve stayed at Drury Inn many times and have always been pleased. This place is not a disappointment but it is older and that should be known when booking. The main elevator was not working when we stayed. Location is great, though there is some road noise as would be anticipated in this busy area.”

“We had 2 rooms for a pre-cruise stay, and we added on breakfast when placing the reservations. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle from airport was a bit slow to arrive but the driver found a way to fit everyone who was waiting. The exceptional part of my stay was the day shift from desk staff, Jose. There was an incident where my phone fell down the elevator shaft and hour before leaving on our cruise. I knew there wasn't enough time for it to be retrieved before we left, but Jose assured me they would get it out and hold it for me. Six days later, I picked up my phone. Luckily my case and screen protector did their jobs and it was in perfect condition. Big shout out to Jose and staff who followed through on everything they promised. Who needs a phone on vacation anyway?!?”

“Other than our room having a slight smell to it, (probably due to the humidity), and the air conditioner being so so, the hotel was good. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure. It's right off the freeway, but you can't hear any of the noise from cars flying by, which is nice. I liked that they had several brochures of attractions across Texas. We came from Northern Texas, and I picked up a brochure for visiting Plano. I had no idea all the cool stuff there was available up there. They have a little open marketplace next to the front desk that had a nice selection of items. And, the evening front desk manager was kind and friendly to speak with as we checked in. Lastly, the breakfast was decent. It was a typical hot continental breakfast. They have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which is fun.”

“We had a really stellar stay here. It is a great location with a lot of good restaurants and some shopping very close by. The lobby is bright and clean with a good amount of seating, the coffee and tea bar was fully stocked, and the rooms were in excellent condition. I wasn't expecting a lot from a category 1 but it was truly a great stay and we will make this our go-to in NW Houston from now on. We only had one issue where we couldn't get the chromecast to work in one room, but it worked without issue in the other room. The rooms were well stocked and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard. Tancey was running the desk and hotel operations while we were there and she did an exceptional job of taking care of everything including all our questions and needs. Overall a very good experience that speaks highly of the Hyatt brand, the local staff, and this hotel.”

“I normally prefer Homewood Suites wherever I’m in search for a place to stay. They have a good reputation for always be clean and comfortable. But the only thing saving this review is the fact that this location is convenient. We checked in late that night, check-in staff were ok, a bit unprofessional. We parked across the hotel in the lot over night which saved us $50 from valet, everything was fine but beware: park at your risk. I truly felt like I paid Homewood suites (a little more expensive) price for Hampton Inn rooms. They share elevators and "split" turn right got Hampton Inn guest rooms and turn left Homewood suites guest rooms. So..?? Rooms need to be updated. Water pressure is low in the shower, as I slide the shower door, black rubber door hinge falls off and this glass door is literally swinging back and forth only being held by the top portion of the shower. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets had a few little black curled hair here and there.”
