“We absolutely loved this hotel! It was in a perfect spot in Positano that was both easily accessible but peaceful. It’s a lovely walk from the hotel to the town center, and doesn’t really require any stairs which is a big pro. The views were beautiful from every location in the hotel, and breakfast was amazing right on the water! It was amazing having a quieter beach to go to with discounted chairs, and the food on the beach was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and helped us with our luggage on the very steep stairs when we arrived and left.”

“The Eden Roc Hotel was more than a pleasant surprise. At a very fair price for the area, Eden Roc delivers on every level. Our check in process was extremely smooth and we received a very detailed personal walkthrough of the hotel and our room provided by the on staff hotel manager. The room itself was immaculate. A noticeably classic Positano style but also upgraded for the times with multiple region charge ports and a lovely in frame flat screen TV. The room was also filled with every amenity you could ask for as well as a private hot tub on the balcony coupled with a breathtaking view of the Positano coastline. If ever we needed anything take in care of or brought to the room, the staff was always there to assist within minutes. The hotel also boasts 2 restaurants as well as a lush wine room for private or group wine tastings. The restaurant on the top floor is a more classic and broad menu that serves dishes like pasta, salads and meat based entrees. You can also enjoy the daily breakfast buffet upstairs from 7:30am until 10:30am. The restaurant in the ground floor “The Roc” is a very upscale restaurant focusing on gourmet style pizza and a very large library of aged steaks. Reservations are required for “The Roc” so make sure to plan accordingly. We will most definitely be staying at the Eden Roc during our next visit to Positano and I highly recommend that you do too!”

He made fantastic recommendations for both Positano and for Capri since he knew that’s where we were going after. The hotel itself is gorgeous and so close to everything! They views from our room, the pool, and from the walk down to the beach are absolutely magical. It was so nice to have the private lounge section of the beach right down the stairs. And the breakfast every day was delicious, we honestly still talk about it! Even after leaving, the hotel staff were so wonderful. We realized we left a few things in our room, which they are shipping them back to us, and have been so easy to work with about it. I highly recommend staying here, it was our favorite stay during our trip.”

“My wife and daughter and I first stayed at this hotel in 2019 and had the pleasure of meeting the founder and daughter of this beautiful property. We stayed in contact during the pandemic and had the pleasure of visiting again in November 2023 following our son’s wedding in Florence. We felt like family as this hotel in my opinion is one of the prettiest hotels you could stay at in Positano. The family made an investment during the pandemic and did some beautiful improvements to the hotel, including beautiful tile throughout all the hallways and rooms, and the view from the breakfast area is stunning. The staff and people associated with this property are nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Positano. Ask for Sonia and be sure to say hello to her newborn twins!”

“We stayed at Villa Rosa for 4 nights during late October. Everything went really smoothly with the hotel staff before and during our trip. They were nice and helpful. Especially the men who carried our luggage upstairs and the ladies at reception who always helped with any issues we had. Best thing was that we had a superb and gorgeous view over Positano from our room and its large balcony. Could be watching that view for years! Air conditioning worked well and the bed was super large and comfy. Lovely and cute hotel, but if you are looking for the most modern hotel (and elevator!), this may not be first choice. Location was nice: only a little walk to walking streets that ended to beach. Also grocery store and multiple restaurants nearby. However, be prepared for stairs and hilly walks. It was nice that the breakfast was served to the room and we could enjoy it privately (with the awesome view from balcony). Only thing I didn't like was that you needed to order breakfast items during previous evening and sometimes it was difficult to estimate what you wanted to eat next morning. Not nice to throw food away. Luckily the hotel team listened to our wishes well also with this. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Rosa and recommend it warmly to others who are visiting Positano.”
