The breakfast was cold, low-quality, and lacked variety. Overall, this hotel deserves only one star, not four. The air conditioning was terrible, allowing the smell of cigarettes from neighboring rooms into ours, and many of the hotel services were unsatisfactory.”

The Bath fittings and toiletries were also very good. Tram is near by as well. Very well located hotel.”

“We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff was great. They assigned me the room I requested which was perfect, with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the street from which we could see the Galata Tower on one side and the water on the other. The room was clean and well stocked. We were steps away from good local restaurants as well and a block away from the Tram.”
