“This is a classic Italian hotel, with a fine entrance and spacious reception rooms. The rooms are functional but not remarkable. This is all about the bellmen, who make everything happen - first rate service. And one little touch recommends this hotel particularly - when I left behind my spare trousers, not only were they found and kept for me to pick up at reception when I came back through Modena, they had also been washed and pressed at no charge. Pleasant surprises like that make holidays!”

“Great hotel! I can agree on some other people that the hotel is basic, but it is great being in it! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! The staff was also very friendly as well, and were very good in English, which made communication a lot easier! The only downside was that the walls were I guess a bit thin, so during the night we did hear some noticeable noises, but apart from that, we had a nice stay! :)”
