“We book this hotel through Booking. Booking has a bug, when setting 2 adults and 2 babies, the hotel gets info that client needs stay for 4 people. Since we had twins with twin stroller I wrote the hotel to get an accessible room. The guy at reception was amazing, when we arrived he showed me all possibilities and explain they got asked for 4 people. He cancelled the booking without fees and charged us only for a room for a couple, so we ended paying less and with an accessible room on the ground floor. The room was sparkling clean, comfy beds and the breakfast being free was very good!! I would totally recommend this hotel!!”

“I stayed there with my wife for a night during my Italy trip in July. Main purpose was to be close to the golf course because I had two rounds booked. The hotel is a bit old and not well maintained but the rooms were ok and we enjoyed the view over the golf course. The pool was under maintenance and there aren’t any other things to do. However, on the second day my wife checked out while I was still playing golf and the staff at the reception just assumed that she was a hooker and after she confronted him he barely showed any remorse. This treatment was unacceptable!!!”
