Our room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits, bread, pastries, cheese and meat. You can make your own waffles so it's always nice and fresh. We had a very relaxed stay.”

“We had a family vacation in this hotel. The location of the hotel is really excellent, very close to the center of Rimini and close to the beach (approx. 3 minutes walk). The Metromare station is also nearby. The hotel itself has been renovated, with a very pleasant terrace and small but clean and cozy rooms. The hotel also provides breakfast at an excellent price, and it is really very rich. The whole stay was very pleasant and not only thanks to the location and the nice rooms. From my point of view, people who care about the comfort of clients are also very important. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in any situation. Also thanks to their hospitality, we had 5 star holiday :)”

“My family had reservation for 7 days and left early after 3 nights only. The place looks nice on the pictures but here are a few things that made them leave early - service is awful: staff does not speak good English and very rude. My family was asked to pay for days they did not stay and the staff was literally harassing them - food is a disgusting: while the restaurant looks nice, the food selection and cooking is inferior. My family said they liked fish and the staff said the fish is delicious. But it turns out they cooked no fish for the 3 days they were there. - location is a tad far. While it's only a block away from the beach, the walk to the beach feels long and a bit disconnected from the overall experience. Overall, bad stay. Hotel Principe ruined Rimini for me and my family. Simple to say, we are not going back.”

“We spent just over a week traveling around Italy and Up Hotel was, hands-down, our favorite stay! I booked the Up Room and didn't realize that it is a semi-secret penthouse room with a private entrance. It was beautifully outfitted and we can't stop talking about the Dorelan pebble bed! So unique and super comfortable! Loved the skylights that open up and create a balcony-like feel. The only issue we had was that the bathtub would only produce cold water, but that didn't take away from how much we enjoyed ourselves and the manager was very apologetic. The breakfast and cappuccino were excellent, and we appreciated the 24/7 access to free water (including sparkling!) The location is very walkable and maybe 5 minutes to the beach on foot. We were able to street-park our car for free right in front of the hotel but they did have a small, gated lot out back for an extra charge if needed. We only stayed for one night but are already planning a return for a longer visit!”

“We stayed here in the second half of September, which was outside the season, and thankfully this hotel was open, a rare gem. It is a lovely boutique hotel, with complete beach and sea vibe, lovely breakfast area, very nice decorated and maintained rooms. The staff was just amazing, they catered to all of our wishes, the cleaning lady was awesome, also the staff in the breakfast room were just lovely, and the managers are awesome, very helpful. I will gladly return here again.”

“Exceptional services from all staff. They are always friendly and helpful, make you feel like family. The location is great. With two little kids, we find many things to do. The beach is beautiful within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to theme park (Fiabilandia). It is also convenient to go to nearby towns for different water parks or aquarium by bus if you don’t want to drive. We booked two rooms. They arranged our rooms together with common corridor. “This was amazing experience, I stayed there for one week with my family and we loved everything there. There is a big swimming pool, you are like 50 metres only from the beach which is amazing. We had only breakfast there so I can't say anything specific about lunches and dinners, but I can tell you that the breakfasts are really big, you can take anything you want from a big sortiment of food, from sweet breakfast like pancakes to some bread with cheese or ham. “The Club House Hotel in Rimini is a very nice, centrally located, and family-friendly hotel. It is accessible from the highway in about 10 minutes and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly! Especially the lady at the breakfast buffet is attentive and makes excellent coffee. There is also parking available right at the hotel, but it costs 25€ per day. However, it is video-monitored and fenced. One small drawback is the nearby burger restaurant with extremely loud music.”
