“We are really disappointed from your Hotel. We spent a lot of money for a night to stay. But the smell in the bathroom was terrible. We closed the door and opened the window but it still was very uncomfortable. We couldn‘t sleep there - so we left at 21:30 same day without sleeping. It‘s Not ok renting Apartments like these. Got a very outrageous and unprofessional answer from a „hotel“. If you would Check your ratings online you can See that different guests had this Problem before.
