“This was a really nice space. Only stayed one night. The rooms were really spacious and clean. And unscented for those who care about that. I don’t normally like to stay right in the city, you have to drive to a parking garage and then walk back. But the hotel itself was very nice and the staff were very accommodating.”

“When we entered the room, it smelled of sewer from the sink, so the initial experience was underwhelming. Dusty light fixtures, dust on the cups by the coffee machine in the room. Other than that, it was good. Our Netflix account connected to the TV just fine. The bed was very comfy. New Years Eve festivities were abound, but it was still relatively quiet in our room. The shower was nice. Enjoyed walking around and seeing the art. The next morning we had breakfast, and it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. The gym was convenient. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was enjoyable.”

“We have stayed here 4 years in a row for our family trip to Kansas City with 3 young kids! We love the convenient location: easy walk to crown center for Kaleidoscope & the Train Station Science Museum, and great restaurants nearby (Lydia’s! Lou Lou’s Noodles). Excellent hotel breakfast that changes a little every day; safe parking. Staff has been great four years running. Tiny pool we don’t use, pretty good workout room, too. Clean, safe & family friendly.”

“This is a hidden gem in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Kansas City, it's quiet, peaceful and easy to walk around. The staff was great (helpful & friendly) Jesse gave us tips on places and things to do nearby and it was easy to reach Ryan one of the owners. The hotel and decor are superb, very classy & god taste. Overall a great experience and definitely I will come back for the next Chiefs season.”

Reason for the 5 stars though is for the front desk girl working 12/29 (sorry I didn’t get your name). Was incredibly nice to my pup and helped me out on a couple of occasions.
