“It said in their website that there is shuttle service to this hotel. However it is misleading information. There is no shuttle. We got taxi which costs us eur 60. You can go by train but you will have to go to Milan and from Milan to hotel. So it is very badly connected with airport. If I knew there is no shuttle service, I would have never booked this place! When we left hotel I realised that I left dress in wordrobe. I contacted hotel. They told me that they did not find my dress. So cleaners stole it! Receptionist was very rude when I complained. He simply hang up on me! So never staying in this place again!!”
