“This is a very good campsite with friendly staff, beautifully modern and clean shower and toilet facilities. The beach is a short but steep ascent (then descent) on steps over the dunes and is an expanse of sand that stretches miles in both directions. There is an historical interest too with the Brits landing here during WW2 for which there are several points of interest along the cycle path north-west to Westkapelle where a museum provides the history of the area and detail on the allies’ arrival in 1944. This is a summer seaside holiday destination. In winter, it has a different sleepier charm. We are very pleased to have stumbled upon it.”

“I’ve stayed here twice now and had the same room both times. The room is very nice and spacious. The check in and welcome was good. Breakfast was a bit of a let down this time though. Service was very slow and my Eggs Benedict was served cold and I didn’t have time to send it back for another. The evening bar service was good and the guy behind the bar was good for a chat. Great location for visiting the outlet shopping centre nearby too. It’s only a few minutes walk. Overall a good place to stay.”

“The total experience was great. Spent 4 days there with our children and grandchildren. It was a brilliant experience. I want to go back but without the grandchildren 😀. The staff were great and genuinely friendly and welcoming. The environment was perfect and not a dull moment. The farm was an absolute amazing time for the children they went 3 times during our stay. Ok so a couple of moans. No washing machine in house. The air cooling was almost non existing. The lowest we could get the temperature down to was 24c. At night it went up to 25-26c. Not too comfortable when temps outside reached 29-31c. Would recommend and certainly go back again. Thank you all the staff and a special thanks to Robert vd Vliet for his taking the time to care for our older grandson. Ted”

“A very comfortable cottage( see photos) in walking distance of the beach Accessibility directly not given. Very clean and tidy. There is a good but small Supermarket. The price is not cheap but ok. There is also a brasserie with a reasonable price for a good meal. The staff is friendly. Zoutelande is just a few minutes away by bike and There’s ONLY one parking place for each cottage. Well, in all it’s a good experience. You have everything you need to experience a nice stay. What else?”

“I have not expect anything from this place, but do really like it. The camping is decorated for Christmas, surrounded by nature and farm animals. We rented apartments for 4 people: there are cool areas for hanging out with the company, it is cozy, warm, clean, nice interior, there are some board games and books.”

“+ overall great experience + the entire place is in a beautiful setting, traditional architecture and beautiful details + close to Enschede + the spa has specially themed saunas for every temperature + the pools vary in temperature + ceremonies in a new spacious sauna + Evening dining is great + friendly and helpful staff + creditcard accepted - the actual hotel rooms are poorly soundproofed, one night the couple above us was very loud during their mating rituals - the breakfast, although of good quality, lacks variation. - we went to the spa on a Monday and it was a bit crowded. I imagine it very busy on the weekends”
