“Didn't stay at the hotel, but we've eated at their restaurant. The food is very tasty but quite pricy. If you want to eat there, stay away from the chicken fillet. It gave us a very nasty food poisoning. Nevertheless, the veal, lamb and goat are delicious and you really must try them.”

“I was at the Rogner for almost a month, and I would give this hotel 3 stars at the most. -Food is adequate. -Service is terrible. -Rooms are hot even in November. The air conditioning barely cools, but don't open a window unless you like mosquitoes. There are no screens. -The refrigerator is the minibar, so full of items I did not want and is barely cooler than the room. There are better hotel options in Tirana. The Marriot, or The Plaza as suggestions.”

“Probably best Hotel in Kruje in terms of best views. We had very friendly service and garage is opposite the hotel for cars to park. Rooms are very spacious and have balcony. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi/shower/whirlpool bathtub. Unfortunately not all functions worked. Breakfast is in the main restaurant and has everything one needs. Once again amazing views are guaranteed. Bazaar and castle 🏰 are 3 min away.”

“Nice view but nothing else. I had reserved a room but when I went there, they told me that no reservation had been made in my name. The food was not delicious and the room was not worth 240€. After clocking out, we were asked to pay for the snacks we had consumed from the room. Terrible!!! It is the first time that a hotel has charged us for this.”

“I was with my familu there and it was jam packed. We couldn't find a table and when we asked the waiter he said you should have been here before( very rude). We finally found a table and when we sat the waiter saw us and said finally you sat down. That day there was a wedding and the bride came with a helicopter , so a dog they probably fed got really scared and came and hid under our table me and my cousin who have a phobia of dogs were crying and begging the waiter to shoo him but he said : Oh I will and got back to taking videos on his phone for the bride. The dog was a stray dog so my aunt couldn't even shoo him because she was pregnant vary bad service.”
