“Doesnt even deserve a one star. We took the booking of 2 beds and we came from far in the middle of the night. When we reached , we were surprised with one bed only while we paid for two beds. When we asked for the adjustment they gave only mattress to sleep on the floor . What a service . They couldn't even arrange a bed or mattress. Very bad experience”

“Best thing about the resort is the staff friendliness and consideration. Very professional and detail oriented. Food is incredible; highly recommend to try their half board option. However, they still need to work on few details. The pool is quite small and not heated (which they already informed us about). The place has few renovation and maintenance going on. You will find material in various locations. I highly recommend they add lights around the resort as it is very dark and not convenient for walking. They added in few locations only. The bikes also need to be changed/ improved. Some are already extremely old/ rusted. They also need to run the water before guests arrive as it was yellow at first.”

“I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. Our room was not fully serviced when we arrived. Had to follow-up three times to get the missing towels organised. Then they didn't do a proper service of our room mid-stay. There are a lot of unfinished surfaces in the rooms, like powerpoints without covers that small children could stick their fingers into. We asked them to order a taxi to the airport and they ordered the wrong size so we had to take two taxis and they failed to order the second one for us like they said. So service and facilities overall are not good. However, the pool was fun and breakfast was very tasty.”

“Best place for honeymoon The place is exceptional. It allows you to feel luxury while connecting with nature. The domes are situated at such a distance from each other that all guests can enjoy freedom and privacy. Our dome was equipped with a private, heated pool, which was emazing. At the same time, the on-site activities are unique. Morning trekking at sunrise, a campfire movie night, hot chocolate, and marshmallows were wonderful. The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for romance, while the unique charm of the desert made it a truly exceptional destination.
