“I loved this place. Very affordable and well-located. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was really helpful when needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was an amazing view of the town greeting you every morning. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Tryavna. ⛰️”

“Good value for money. We used as a base for motocross ride. Quiet and calm, there is a swimming pool and other facilities. Massages also available in place. Room and design a bit old fashion but pretty big and with balcony. Surrounded in the nature.”

“The room was really nice and clean, the bathroom was also nice and clean, but there was no soap in it. The shower space was wide enough and the water pressure was good. The shower is really high so if you are tall it will be good for you. The food on the other hand was not good at all. The included breakfast was poor and with not many options. The toaster was so slow that toasting 1 piece of toast takes 10 minutes. The only vegetarian/vegan options were 3 types of fruit. All the drinks that should be refrigerated were not. Everything was room temperature. Really disappointed in the food.”

“The hotel in general is nice and well equipped. Unfortunately, the cleaning is very very poor, the rooms, kids area, gym are very very dirty. The floor , cupboards in the rooms looks like don’t clean at all, so sad to see not well maintaining of the property. The breakfast is okey, would be good to have some variety not the same set up every day, plus hygiene is missing with the breakfast food, twice I was unlikely to found the hair in sausage, instead to remove the plate the staff just removed the hair, not acceptable. Unfortunately, we are not gonna come back the value of money and quality don’t match. This could be magic place for relax if they would have the proper management quality control.”

“Hotel is in desperate need of renovation (and some proper cleaning - carpets, spider webs). Food is just ok, selection is quite limited for breakfast, dinner is a hit-or-miss. Service, however, can be terribly slow at times (and sometimes the order just never comes). Parking is a commodity here and fits no more than 5-6 cars in the space designated as parking (even though it looks nothing like a parking area). The beds are not for people with back problems, quite uncomfortable. There is no elevator so make sure whatever you have you can carry up the stairs. On the positive side, rooms are quite spacious, each room has a balcony with chairs and a table so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning outside (if you ever manage to find good coffee in the hotel). Did not find how to open any windows though and I am not sure it is possible (you can only open the door, no net). Location is good, just a few mins walk to city center. Overall, quite some potential, but it needs much better management.”

“We just did a one night stay, a very modern look to this hotel. Clean and tidy but very basic. Breakfast was very good continental style nothing fancy. They did speak English. Location of the hotel is not nice area it looks like a building site and the hotel is not finished. But its ok for a quick stay.”
