Not only is it charming, full of amenities and the rooms are great, but the customer service was outstanding. We had special requirements for our family, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Absolutely outstanding. If you need a place to stay near to Disney Resort, you can do no better.”

“This hotel has the toy story theme and has several statues of toy story outside and within the hotel. You can find Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bo Peep, Rex and all the other characters statues around the hotel. The interior also has the toy story theme with the colors splashed all over the hotel and rooms. You can find toy story pyjamas too in the room which adds to the overall theme of the hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. There is daily cleaning too which you can request. Toilet are also very spacious, bright and clean. The size of the hotel room and toilet is much larger than the Tokyo city area which is very comforting. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the train station which will take you to the 2 Disney parks (Disneyland and DisneySea). Overall, this hotel is a good value for money choice for those with families on vacation.”

“Very close to the train station. The rooms are Japan size but they make best use of the small space so you feel comfy. I love the facilities. What makes this hotel stand out though is the customer service! We hadn’t slept in over a day because red eye flights and they accommodated early check in and were so kind and under standing that we were a bit groggy and slow. Great staff nice hotel and convenient location.”

“We went for our anniversary and took a plan with meals served in the room and private bath on the balcony. They also included a bottle of wine and a special cake as part of the package. The food was excellent (but WAY too much 😆). Dinner was served at our table at our own pace. Service was excellent, with our lovely servers lifelong residents of the area so filled with stories and suggestions. The large baths were great, particularly the rooftop one which looked out onto the ocean. Only things that weren't perfect were: The bath on our balcony didn't have a view ...given the other baths, I'd probably trade an ocean view while sitting on the balcony for the private bath. I'd also love it if the curtains in the room went all the way down. It let in very early morning light at eye level as it turned out But otherwise, very enjoyable and we'd definitely go back”

“I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, service, and amenities offered by this place. American here first time visiting Japan to meet the father of my Japanese wife. Even with overcast weather, the hotel personnel were outside waiting for receive our arrival and continued to take care of us during the entirety of our stay. Our dinner had me speechless. It was so good I can’t even describe. Furthermore, being that I am not always into eating sushi, accommodations were made so that I could have a hot pot to cook my meat. Ms. Kakehasi was our server and she was outstanding. Very attentive, polite, and professional. Please give her a tip if you are lucky enough to see her! Onsens were clean, morning offers open hours to go as you like and the scenery can be stunning. Will return”

“The rooms look very great. They have the so called European style. The view during summer is very nice. It is close to the sea, so you could go for a walk at the beach. I recommend to go for walks at twilight. It is so beautiful.”

“The hotel facilities and amenities are ok, as what you would expect for the price. It’s convenient that they provide a shuttle to and from Disneyland. However, it was such a disappointing end to a fun-filled experience in Disneyland because we could not enter the shuttle for the ride back to the hotel. All the local teenagers just rushed into the bus, leaving the two families with small kids, with luggage and stroller including my family of 3 kids, not able to run and rush, left outside the bus, stranded late at night, during the Feb winter month, without knowing how to get back to our hotel. Shouldn’t priority be given to your hotel guests or any passengers with needs or children? The hotel really should plan properly, or in such a situation, arrange for an extra shuttle to ensure your guests, even more so, foreign guests who are not familiar with the country, get back to the hotel safely. Really disappointed at the civic manners of some of these guests. But more importantly, the bus driver provided us with wrong info as she initially told us there would be an extra bus, but when I asked to confirm again, she said no more bus. Because of that, we gave way to the teenagers. The driver really should’ve taken an empathetic action to give priority to those who need it.”
