“We passed a lovely evening here with a largely friendly and professional staff beginning in the salon with a cocktail and amuse-bouche. I appreciated that despite being a 3-star we had the flexibility to take a cigarette between a couple services. The cuisine demonstrates technical expertise and studied attention though the style feels a bit dated (think a 3-star in the 1990s). The cheese service is impressive with a gamut of cheeses presented on a large wooden table that is rolled over. Very much enjoyed the effort in finding a balance between rustic tastes and fine dining. I did find it distracting from the overall experience that my husband received a menu with prices and my menu did not list prices. The chef graced each table with his presence thrice during service which is exceptional and it was a pleasant opportunity to provide feedback and get some face time. Glad to have checked the box. Overall however, if you are seeking a contemporary 3-star experience you may find yourself underwhelmed.”

“Good location if you only want the airport but really bad location for Toulouse. The staff are not friendly or very helpful. You can eat here but only between very specific times and you absolutely will be turned away rudely outside of those times. It is as if the staff and hotel owners don't understand how international travel and airports work. The rooms are ok but the hotel is quite new so that isn't hard to achieve. If you only want a place that is the closest to the airport as possible then the NH is an option but I would rather stay a bit further away (like the Holiday Inn Express) and have nice staff and a pleasant experience. Edit So this is a reply to your comment I tried your room service and what I wanted was not available. Your answer was very rude and unprofessional. You should be very ashamed of yourselfs. This is the worst service I have come across and I travel a lot. The rooms are noisy, the staff are rude, the room service is disgraceful. Please change the management of this hotel because I have been put off staying at any other NH hotel ever again”

“Disappointing customer service for a 5 start hotel. I was so excited to try this property. Unfortunately, my partner and I had to change our trip plans due to some serious, unexpected family health issues. I reached out just a few hours after the cancel deadline with the hopes of simply moving our reservation so as to not lose the $1600+ we spent for a room. The hotel took 5 days to respond to the request (and multiple were sent) only to say they couldn't do anything about it and thus we have to forfeit the full amount. Really disappointing policies and customer service for a supposed "luxury" brand. Had they budged even a little and at least let us rebook to different dates, then they would've gained a loyal customer for years to come. Instead, they're getting this review, I'll never spend my money at Relais & Châteaux again, and I'll encourage friends and family to avoid them as well.”
