“We stayed in the junior suite in July as a family of 4 and we absolutely loved it. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the view was exquisite. The staff was so welcoming, the bar tender Leo really looked after us and we loved having the tagliere siciliano and cocktails by the pool. The proximity of the hotel to the beach and harbour and market makes this location brilliant and the breakfast was such a treat every morning. Well done to all the staff at the hotel for making this a great place to stay.”

“Lovely hotel, staff were generally very nice and helpful; however it is a bit dated and the air con could do with upgrading. Did notice the owner frequently micromanaging and barking orders at the staff which did bring the atmosphere down at times. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is great. Get some cocktails by the pool if you go, it was the best part! The restaurant dinner was not value for money. And is a 15 minute taxi from anything else in Syracuse.”

“Perfect location on the sea front. Breakfast buffet varied, cooked breakfast can be ordered too, all included, all in the dining room and terrace overlooking the harbour. Dinner at the restaurant (same dining area as breakfast) was top notch. Pasta with bottarga sauce was the best of that type I've ever tasted in Sicily. All the employees are attentive and offered an impeccable service, from the doorman, to the reception to the restaurant staff. The parking in a reserved area across the road from the hotel is a big plus (€15 per night). One thing to mention is that the rooms are well appointed and clean but are slightly dated (1990s?). Not that anything didn't work, and it didn't affect our enjoyment, but just to note.”
