“We stayed for two days during the November break. It is located in a great, central location. There is no parking lot, but we parked in empty spaces on the roadside in front of it. You can go to many historical places by walking (Selimiye, Three Balconies Mosque, even the synagogue, etc.). The building is a very old building. It has been restored but still not enough. The room is very small, the windows do not close completely, the bathroom (nor the toilet) has no ventilation. Let's hope these are physical impossibilities. But there were quilts on the beds. As you know, when it was winter and the windows were not fully closed, the room was cold. We asked for a blanket, but there were none, there were quilts under the bed, but they did not have linens or anything. Towels were very old and did not seem clean enough. The double bed was very comfortable. The single personality had collapsed. We stayed in a triple room for 750 lira. I wish the price would be increased if necessary, but the service would be better. This should not be what the state deems worthy of its own personnel. Of course, wearing a duvet cover must have something to do with the employees rather than the state. Still, when we opened the window, we spent two beautiful days in the shadow of the mosque.”
