“We loved our time at Banjaar Tola. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The chef would cater to specific requests and served delicious local and continental food. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and well equipped. It felt like they had really considered what would be required throughout the day. When it was cold at night, we would return to find hot water bottles in our beds. When I was bitten by a mosquito I found cream in the room. It felt like I would think about needing something, and it would be right in front of me because the staff had already considered it. The only thing I felt there was room for improvement was on the email communication ahead of the stay. This felt impersonal with each reply from a different person and groups of employees at a central office added to the chain with every email. Other than that I have nothing but great feedback.”

“We went to the resort for coffee, they didn't exactly have a restaurant but the staff was kind enough to host us in their dining area. They even showed us around even though we weren't staying at the property. The staff including Raghu were very friendly and helpful. It was just a typical Taj experience. Wonderful as always! Beautiful property, the cottages seemed quite isolated but good for people wanting an escape to an extremely quite place. We really enjoyed the coffee + snacks. Would go back to stay because of the service and Taj experience.”

“Within a year time we have visited Kanha Jungle Camp for the second time. Pets are allowed in this property and which gives an extra edge. They offer individual cottages with a balcony from where you can touch the trees of jungle. It’s a jungle with all amenities to relax. We love the silence, the cool breeze, the smell of jungle, watching butterflies, listening to chirping of birds. Very clean and tidy house keeping with a clean surroundings. Staffs are polite, gentle and dedicated to serve you with their best. They have a club house with table tennis, chess, carom board and few more games. Cycling was a great fun with family and a long walk within the property was very interesting. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will be visiting once again very soon.”

“+ Good rooms, very good service by the staff, excellent food! - Bathroom was not clean, after informing the FO staff, before checkin. It was dirty! Not cleaned! - Breakfast options was poor! FO manager told us at the checkin, there will be fruits, Juice and good options for Breakfast. But unfortunately, except Poori and Paratha, there was nothing in the hotel. Not even a Banana! It was really horrible to hear from the kitchen staff saying no fruits and juices available! But the Paratha was excellent! - Unprofessional management! - Restuarant had a celebration the previous night, and it wasn't cleaned till 9 am in the morning, when we came for breakfast! Such a shame! Outside lawn was dirty. Everywhere food particles and couldn't even walk! - This place is good for some celebration and party, but don't expect if you are landing up there! - Despite asking for normal water to drink in the room, they served bottled water and charges us!”
