“The location of the hotel is decent. The beach is walking distance. You cannot see the beach or sea much but by walking, you can reach in 7-8 mins. The good thing is you can see the Jagannath Temple from the balcony.The rooms are fine, could be much better with charge they take. When we entered the room, the balcony was a bit dirty, the linen looked a bit dirty. There was no water provided, we had to ask for it. Even their restaurant was closed which they did not inform prior. The next day when we asked to clean the room, we had to tell the housekeeper how to clean the floor. Overall their housekeeping service was poor and they need to take proper care of their guests. Dissatisfied with their service. If they improve their housekeeping service and maintain their rooms in high standard, it can be a good hotel to opt at Puri. Hope the management takes some steps.”

“The worst hotel, the worst service, price was way to high. Think twice before going to this hotel. I had to ask for eveything. The minimum thing also qas not placed in the room example towel, water, tissues. Online it was mentioned breakfast is included. They didn't provide any breakfast or tea nothing. I wish I could write less than 1 star. But have no option. There two guy in reception. Very unprofessional. The management should teach them how to behave with customers. I DON'T recommend this hotel at all. 0 star from my side. I just wish someone should reach out to me. So i can help the whole details what happened for 2 days. Pathetic experience!!!!!!”

Front desk is very rude and hardly cares about any problems, instead yells at the customer for any issues. The staffs are useless. The manager is ill behaved. People will consume liquor in open, make a mess and you have no option but to get along. I left the hotel early and cut my travel days getting the experience.Your family's safety will be at stake.”

There are only rooms in the same place, there is nothing else to live in. And if you're planning some other measures to roam, then you will have to go far away from location that too according to your own. The best time to visit this place is in the rainy season and winter season only. Because here you have mountains and clouds and Fogg in front of the room, It looks super amazing.”
