“It was amazing to spend two days at the Brunner Hof. We booked (quite last minute) an arrangement and really enjoyed it. They put so much love and effort into little details and decorations and it really makes u feel like home. The food was excellent and what I really liked is that they explicitly state in the Menu where the ingredients are coming from (which farm and how many km away) On top they put a lot of effort in sustainability. The wellness facilities are very nice and clean, you get free drinks and snacks during the day. The pool and the view across the fields is another highlight. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will come back for sure at one point. Last but not least....the staff is very welcoming and friendly and what I also liked is that every evening the owner came to every table during dinner to check if everything is alright, that shows that they really care about the wellbeing of their guests. Staff: approachable, customer focus, friendly service Accommodation: beautifully designed rooms, large suites with plenty of light, views, comfort Food: Excellent breakfast + nice local dishes and cakes served in the family-owned restaurant Spa: Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, relaxing area, saunas. Surrounding: 1 km from the entrance of the National Park with beautiful walks, stunning views and nature ground It looks much less touristy than other areas ensuring a more relaxing holiday than other places, for example like the Alps south of Munich”

“On the way to Ramsau, we decided to get our stomachs filled and had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. It is the most delicious meal we have had so far during our road trip. Their pig knuckle is the must try! The meat was tender and juicy. The skin was crispy. The sour cabbage was not too sour and totally enhanced the taste of knuckle meat when eaten together. The kid had the sausages which were pretty good. The staffs were friendly and prompt. The restaurant retro interior design was cosy. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10 dining experience. We’d certainly visit it again if we are nearby. Wholeheartedly recommended!”

“Everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable 👌. It had a huge balcony with a view over the parking place. Free beverages in the mini bar. Various breakfast with fresh bread, fruits, and vegetables and omelette made on the spot. Good coffee and friendly staff.”

“We've been here for 7 nights. Sparkling clean restroom and shower areas. Super close to the Fichtelsee. A lot of hiking possibility. They offer morning bakery service at the entrance. We saw also two foot trucks, one for pizza, one the for rest :-). The place isn't a cheep campground, but you get quit good for it. We paid for 7 nights WiFi 10€ and the quality is bad. And we paid 19€ for electricity, I don't know if this is normal.”

“The whole crew was super polite and helpful. Everything was prepared when we arrived. The room was clean and big enough to handle two adults + kids and their toys. We had a dinner in their restaurant and the food was exceptional! Delicious grilled vegetables + meat. All well prepared and served. Next time it will be our choose for sure.”

“Very nice hotel with awesome rooms and spa. Food is also high quality, although, honestly speaking, the Italian restaurant does not meet the expectation that the hotel restaurant would set. I have given 4 stars instead of 5, because we had a little "misunderstanding" at the check-out, where, when trying to explain that we had a voucher, the reception manager (or whatever role she had) tried to insist that the overall amount didn't include this voucher. It is very sad, because all the other personnel were extremely polite and professional.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. We extended our stay even, instead of 3 nights we stayed 4 nights. We had a really nice place for our tent (without elektricity) on top of the hill (platz 108). The facility building is super. There are so many facilities. A lot of clean showers and toilets. You can do your laundry (3,50) and use the dryer (3,5). There is also a place where you can hangdry your clothes. There sinks for the dishes are clean, and there is even a place to use a stove. There is also a freezer (not for food). You can also order bread for in the morning (we didnot do that). Overall just a lot of good facilities.”
