The the rooms are so good and confie, if you just want to take a moment and chill on your room. You have different room choices to better fit your needs with a very good price range. “Extremely unprofessional. We had booked a room on the website a week in advance, received a booking confirmation email, and got onto the train. However, one hour before our arrival, I got another email saying they didn’t accept online booking via webpage but only by phone. All of a sudden, we were without a room and needed to change the plans to look for something else. Instead of visiting the area we spent our time calling the hotels.”

“Echoing what others have said — the room is like a cave, extremely dark and cramped. We tried to plug in a cord and our room lights went out and the front desk (albeit they were helpful) seemed like this happened on the regular and knew what to do immediately. The electricity in this building is definitely weird. The worst part of the stay is the lounge/cafe — I really liked it in the beginning as I could work and watch tv while roommate was sleeping, but the front desk staff acted like I shouldn’t be there and kept peering in through the night. Eventually, they kicked me out and told me the cafe closes at 10/11pm, which is ridiculous. If you’re jet lagged / want to enjoy drinks, you can’t stay in the lounge and have to be confined in your tiny room.”

“Everything about this hotel was amazing. It started with location. Right when we pulled up we knew we were perfectly located to everything. Then the staff greeted us like we were royalty. All were very kind and super helpful! It didn't stop there. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, each decorated with different themes and kept you feeling like you are in a different place on earth. Even the morning breakfast in the dining Cafe was one of the best we've experienced in Europe. Food was exceptionally well made and delicious. If you're looking for that Boutique family feeling experience, look no further this is it! We will be back.”

“great stay, ideal location, easy access to beach an cycling paths, great ebike renting. Generous breakfast, beautiful sierra, good service overall. Rooms were fine, nice jet bathtub, Rituals toiletries, clean, good heating if needed. Wonderful stay overall. only downside - seems the Drains do have a bad smell, perhaps use room scented sticks to control the smell and close the drains.A usual problem on islands. Will return though, and hopefully to a better smelling room :)”
