“This is my favourite hotel. The room is small, but this is expected in Japan. It was clean, the breakfast is lovely. The staff is polite and helpful. The hot springs are incredibly relaxing. They provide all sorts of products to pamper yourself. This is a highly recommended place.”

“Good value hotel within walking distance of KODEMMACHO Station, which is near Tokyo Station. Akihabara and Asakusa are close enough via subway. Features a good breakfast / brunch selection, onsen, and free ice-cream and soba nightly. The breakfast option can be paid for per day (at checkout) instead of having to reserve it alongside the room reservation, in case you want to eat breakfast at other places on some days.”

“I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Great service, amenities were excellent (loved the self service amenities at lobby), the bathroom was spacious for Japanese standards and bed was vas comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is the freezer in the fridge does not work - so take note! The self service laundry was also very convenient! I loved how they provided new towels and goodies if you don’t want room service so you can do it yourself. Such a nice touch! Thank you for a comfortable stay - highly recommend!”

“Good-sized clean and modern room. I booked the Premium Terrace Room. It was spacious with a nice outdoor sitting area. Plenty of power points around the room and the bathroom was also big and spacious, pretty much as pictured in the hotel website. The front desk staff were very helpful with requests and most of the staff were very proficient in English. I checked out at 5am and there was just 1 staff on service so the poor young man had to fulfil multiple roles of helping my party of 3 rooms move our multiple pieces of luggage down and handle check out as well. It might be a good idea to move the luggage down the night before in the case of such early check out.”

“Rooms are very small but service and location was great. Lots of amenities in the lobby and coin-operated laundry services. Staff bring fresh towels, water, and eye masks daily and leave in a bag by your door. Great having 7-Eleven attached to the hotel. Breakfast was a standout!!”

“Holy cow this place is amazing!!!! The baths were incredible!!!! The staff was so perfect! You can have little ice creams after the baths. The sauna had eucalyptus in it! The rooms are perfect and small just for the city. Incredible incredible stay! Breakfast was very affordable and everyone was so helpful.”
