“We were pretty disappointed walking into the Jungalow 72. It looked like it was in desperate need of renovations. They were in the middle of repairs in the bathroom and were finishing up when we arrived. I’m glad a staff member was there to show us how to open the sliding door because I would’ve never figured it out. You pop the handle on the left side to open it. There were stains on the walls, marks on the cabinets, dead flies smeared on the window. There were no bath towels or hand towels, only 2 kitchen towels. You must bring your own napkins, tissues, and soap. You must book the extra service package if you want towels, beds made, or any toiletries. No extra rolls of toilet paper, only the one roll hanging up. You put bed sheets and duvet on the bed yourself. We had a Jungalow directly on the water and the view was beautiful. The Jungalow has a dishwasher, small fridge, stovetop, and microwave. We previously stayed at the Safari Hotel last time and loved the rooms and everything was provided, but the Lake Resort is a completely different and disappointing experience in comparison. I would not recommend or come back to the Lake Resort; the Safari Hotel rooms are much better.”

“Uncomfortable Beds, Old sanitary rooms, window facing a wall that has a hallway in it so you can't open the curtains because then every person passing would be seeing you laying in your bed. The restaurant doesn't have the items that are on the menu. All the bad things are just topped off by the fact that you can literally hear everything happening in the hotel from your room. Do not ever go here, get literally any other hotel. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. I asked for the rooms to be changed which was not possible.”

“My Friends and myself were supposed to come for summer 2020 but due to the pandemic everything had to be canceled. The owner were not professionnal enough to refund us the price. I will not recommend this place. This is not how you treat clients. We knew long before that it would not be possible to come but they chose to keep our money and not answer to our emails. Never again.”
