“OMG! What a view! Nicile greated us when we arrived and I feel that I made a great friend. She was gelpful, pleasant and made me feel like an old friend. Food is deeelicious. We had a suite which was beautiful with a lovely balcony with an absolutely gorgeous balcony with the most beautiful view of the harbor. If you are heading to this city, The Liberty is a definate must. Thank you for a beautiful stay.”

“First off location and the restaurant itself absolutely lovely, really old school german! We were having a "test dinner" for a potential golden wedding dinner with family and friends, sadly the experience was negative enough to change our minds immediately. After recieving a very blunt and rude reply from Pablo, after enquiring for a certain table for the anniversary and then giving up discussing with him, we ordered. Soups were really great, but all fish dishes were definitely not fresh und unenjoyable. Service was non existent as in no drinks refills were asked for, no one asked if our food was good (which it wasnt). The same waiter took the full plates away and after telling him the salad was freezing cold (probably prepped and in the fridge) his response was only "ive never heard of that!" and away he was.”

“B&B was located very close to everything we wanted to visit. You could either walk or drive and there was adequate parking around the town for everything. The rooms were very quiet and cozy. The linens were clean. It made traveling with a child much more relaxing. Parking behind the hotel was convenient. I would recommend people to stay here if you want a relaxing stay in Bremerhaven,Germany”

“The first thing what you need to do if you check-in after 9 pm is to understand how to enter the parking (hint - use the black key :p ) The room itself was okay, a bit boring though. The reception was always empty. On checkout we legitimately were thinking that if the reception is closed without any instructions about checkout, then we should leave the keys in the box and that the payment will be processed using the credit card in booking. But no.... We got a call 1.5 hours that our room is unpayed. It should not be a big deal as today it is simple to transfer money online.... But not with this hotel. We had to return back (1h driving one way from Bremen and yes they new where we were) to pay by physical card. They refused to accept bank transfer (the one with IBAN and BIC), which is very strange as any business in Germany works with the bank transfers and one can find the account number on their website.... Very bad 😔”

“This a cozy hotel in Bremerhaven, i am overall satisfied and i would visit the hotel again. The positive things: - It has nice breakfast on a nice restaurant area - It has a small internal pool - It has an internal bar that is self service during night time - Rooms are newly renovated with good quality - The reception personnel was friendly and received on my behalf twice parcels from DHL. - Location is central to restaurants and anything nice to see in this small city. The negative things: - They clean only every three days - The bed was single - The were tiny insects coming from the bathroom sink.”

“The access code provided for entering the hotel premises and accessing your room is indeed convenient, but its functionality is crucial. In my experience, the code worked solely for entering the hotel, leaving me unable to access my room, so I spend half the night in the lobby until the reception opened. Unfortunately, the hotel's listed phone number seemed to operate within the same hours as the reception, as I received no response. As a result, after opening the reception, I just got "Sorry" and a new code.”

“Our stay was absolutely perfect. We received excellent customer service (especially by Vinicius), check-in was prompt and seamless, and the rooms were spotless. The Niu is modern and stylish, with very comfortable bedding and pillows. The breakfast buffet has a very wide assortment of quality options, which was very impressive. I would very much suggest choosing to eat at the hotel before catching your flight - it is infinitely cheaper and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located only a short distance from the Bremen airport terminal. We walked it with four large suitcases and had zero issues. Thank you for hospitality and for providing quality service. Keep up the great work!”
