“Pros: Friendly service, nice room, dinner buffet was quite ok. Cons: rip off, nothing is included and there is always something to pay although you have paid nearly 600 euros for one night. The rooms are really expensive but I still had to pay 2 euros for a glass of tap water for dinner?! The lunch snack was really meager (lots of mushy overcooked vegetables in too much vinegar) and the Topfenstrudel to make me feel somewhat full was over 7 euros.. Also, the hotel is not really nice. I agree with someone who said it looks like an upscale Reha clinic. No nice views from the rooms, the whole area is a architectural mess and you have pipes, roofs or car parks (noisy at 5am) in front.”

“The rooms and the entire resort are very stylish and of the highest quality craftsmanship. The setting is very relaxing and view stunning. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. We especially enjoyed our dinner server Fabian who was so kind, knowledgable and hospitable. They have an endless amount of options for saunas, baths and more. We really appreciated the medical care and program. Dr. Cappy who is the medical director was amazing. He was a life saver for me. I could not be more grateful for his expertise and consideration. We will definitely be going back.”

“Good camping, very clean. Unfortunately quite full, we were not able to park big camper on dedicated pitch so we parked next to main road. However, it was still ok for one night. Not giving full star rating as restaurant was opened only in the afternoon, morning coffee would be great.”

The spa resort is available for other hotels around and one day visitors, recommend, especially during a weekend, to ask the hotel for pool chairs reservation.. it was difficult to find nice, free sunbeds.. the hotel didn't inform us about the reservation possibilities..”

“The food here is not only delicious, the portion sizes are absolutely wack. On the menu, everything looks a tad pricey compared to other eateries in Bruck, but once you see the portions... Well let's just say that the value here is unbeatable. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the place being quite busy (including a pretty large birthday party), we didn't have to wait too long for service. The staff were friendly and quite chill, the food was very quick, and the experience overall was really good. Towards dhe end of our meal, the waitress brought us a bag to pack our leftovers in without us even asking which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely stopping by here again any time I'm close to Bruck!”

The food is amazing and you can taste the taste of love, because this the is secret ingredient that you find in every corner of this place. It’s a family business and as soon as one of the owners greet you, you do feel like home. And the cook is like your own mother setting up the perfect meal for you after a long drive back home.”

“The room was very spacious, and the hotel was in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly, but upon arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed because 75% of staff had covid. While this was a little worrying to stay in a hotel with an outbreak of covid, it also meant we had to travel 15 minutes back to town to find an alternative restaurant. Other than that it was great.”

“We had a fantastic time at Gasthaus Kreen, and we wish we could've stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade upon arrival from the hotel to the residence, and what a delightful surprise it was! Apartment number 3 had the most stunning view of the valley. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with high-quality linens and exquisite toiletries. Our breakfast basket, filled with fresh local ingredients and delicious bread, was delivered to us every morning. We dined at the restaurant, and it was one of our favorite meals during the trip. We even tried to return for dinner on our second night, but it was fully booked for the following evening. The Greisslerei offered an amazing selection of groceries, marinated fish, and pasta if you felt like preparing your own meal. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Overall, it was an incredibly memorable stay and one of our favorite places.”
