“This is probably the least welcoming and disappointing field station I have ever seen. If you are planning to access anything there MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE you book all of the services on the website, or otherwise DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING ANY HELP at all. I asked for wi-fi access to check the weather - and the attendant would not give it to me, just showed something on his phone (which was, of course, utterly useless). We passed the station twice, on one day they were selling some basic supplies outside, but two days later the there was nothing out, and the attendant said "we are not a shop" (I had almost forgotten how some people in Sweden take enjoyment in being rude if they think they are right). All in all, the station gives the mean-spirited hiking vibe that we have all seen before. It probably would have been better if it did not exist at all, because then one would plan differently and not count on getting any help there.”

“At Tree Hotel, me and my family have had an amazing experience. The cabins were original and comfortable and seemed to be part of the forest. We stayed in UFO and all appreciated how comfortable the spaceship was although the stairs and the heavy doors weren’t convenient. We especially recommend the sauna which was one of the best experience we had at tree hotel; cozy and relaxing we enjoyed the mini bar and the showers that made the sauna even better. The breakfast was delicious and offered a large choice of foods. The dinner was Swedish traditional food with originality that we all appreciated. To conclude, this hotel is very beautiful and original that we highly recommend.”

Fun night cap to head up to the skybar and enjoy a drink. And then the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, will be thinking and remembering about it for a long time - so many different options, all such high quality and taste! We cannot wait to return!!”

“Beautifully located campsite on the Gulf of Bothnia. At the end of October the campsite was closed and water and facilities turned off. After email contact, we received a friendly email that we could park here with a camper and use free electricity. We stayed here for 2 nights for the Northern Lights and the beautiful walks you can take here. There are fire pits and beautiful (winter) picnic spots everywhere on the site and along the hiking trails. There is a Camper service station 16km from here on the E4. Highly recommended, even in the late season.”

“We stayed their Business Class Room. We had our own Sauna in the room. This hotel is very wallet-friendly. Simply loved it. They serve an amazing breakfast. Great Variety. Would love to stay there again. There are so many restaurants options nearby. The staff is very helpful and polite. Overall 10/10.”

“A fabulous campsite right on the Arctic circle. Very welcoming and friendly staff in the reception/shop. Stunning views from the site and immaculate, warm toilets showers and dishwashing area. Black waste disposal too. All for 300NK including electric. Most visitors are local with all year pitches, but plenty of space for drop in camper vans, motorhomes and caravans”
