“Lovely hotel in Bangkok, which is not too far away from the airport. The hotel is clean and fresh, and the staff are professional and helpful. The room is simple, bright and clean plus the air-conditioning is very good. The wifi reception was also very good here. Located next to the hotel is a very nice cafe. Breakfast and coffee were very nice and the staff there were also very pleasant. Pricing was good. Certainly recommended and if need be, will be staying here again.”

“Room was not soundproof. You can hear the sound if your neighbors are noisy. The key was a regular key, not the card one. Felt a bit unsafe because of that. No table big enough to put my stuff, so I had to put them on the bed🤦‍♀️ Good thing I booked for twin bed.🤷‍♀️ I stayed in J building. No elevators, just stairs so it’s really tiring if you bring large suitcase. The stairs are kind of steep and scary. The jet shower for toilet is on the left side, which is kind of weird because it’s usually on the right side. Far from convenience store. But they sell snacks at the front desk.”

“Found the Josh on a list of Wes Anderson themed hotels and it did not disappoint. The Ari neighborhood is super hipster and artsy, great for walking around. The included breakfast did not disappoint with great coffee and a nice selection to choose from. We stayed in 3 different rooms while there including the nicest "Josh room". The other two rooms were small but we didn't spend much time in our rooms so that didn't matter. The Josh room did have a slight mildew smell, but otherwise all three rooms were very clean. We never got used to the Thai style extremely firm beds but I guess that's just the norm. Wouldn't mind if there was a mattress topper add on option for us wimpy,plush bed needing westerners though. I would have happily paid extra for a mattress topper if I knew the beds were so stiff. Overall, would definitely recommend!”

She was smirking and looking on us, I just don't want to ruin my Christmas Eve. I just let 'Karma" work. She needs more training how to be kind to your guest!”
