“The place was nice, the parking lot is massive. The beach is clean and the water is super clear. Though there are parts of it that's rocky so beware. What I don't like is how the staff forgotten to tell us that we need to have wristbands to enter the pool area when we are entitled to four since we booked a room. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was nice and approcheable. The rooms is also reasonable for the price, unfortunately, the comfort room, though quite large has a fishy smell to it that I can't seem to figure out where its coming from. Overall the stay was good, we would definitely comeback.”

“2023 review Almost everything was good, location was a bit cramped, it's in a one lane street, you can maybe fit 2 small cars but not 2 SUVs, they do have ample parking in front of the property enough for 6 cars at max. Breakfast was a choice between longanisa and tocino, both with egg and rice, they were okay. the property also offers alcoholic drinks as well. Rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms so you didn't have to worry about sharing with other people. Keep in mind that there are also other guests, so they maybe noisy. The property is 10 minutes away from SM legazpi, if you do decide to stay here, buy the supplies and eat before you check in, less hassle in getting in and out of the street. SM legazpi has VERY FEW parking slots, if you decide to go there, they have valet parking, it saves time. Disliked · The caretaker was a very serious guy, he could've smiled more. I also felt a tad unwelcome when talking to him, but it was okay since he did his job properly.”

“The room is okay - decent enough but had some security and privacy concerns when we discovered the window lead to an open ventilation area where the AC outdoor units were located and window isn't locked. We suspect one can go from one room to another via the windows. When you check in, make due diligence and check that windows are locked. And speaking of windows, there are no outside views by the way as the one we booked directly faced a firewall. They also have good car park but it gets full quickly, specially when the hotel hosts a party and guests occupy the lot. I had to park by the roadside and wake up late night to move my car into the parking lot, when party guests have left. Their breakfast buffet isn't their best feature, I can't enjoy a single item in the buffet from coffee to corned beef, which tasted like the cheapest canned corned beef you can buy from the grocery store. And everything seems cold, except for the coffee: cold corned beef, cold sausage, and garlic rice - which was too dry for me it felt like uncooked grains in the palate. Overall, our stay was decent enough. They have great beautiful lobby and nice friendly crew. Despite the negatives in some areas, I have no doubt I can tolerate all of them and still consider this place as our accommodation when visiting Legazpi in the future.”

“Upgraded from the old Albay Hotel days. It's a small, quiet hotel with amenities that fit your basic needs and then some luxuries as well. They have a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. Food is reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and always smiling. They are pet friendly too!”
