“I should've written this a long time ago. There is nothing special about the hotel the rooms are ok air conditioning was horrible tho. Overpriced for Balikesir if you ask me and thank God I don't have many financial problems but for a regular person you can get similar quality at other locations which are nearby. My biggest concern was with their restaurant. I went to that godawful place more than once most of the days and always had problems with the food. Was always overpriced and always had temperature problems overcooked, raw, frozen etc. The only reason I kept going was the amazing owner and the wife. The lady always tried to make things right and took care of everything on her own thus the second star. Basically the place always had management problems idk if it is still the same but they still got the same managers so I am guessing it's the same.”

“If you have a big family and love hot springs, also a modest person this place is just for you. (I am not modest at all but I enjoyed it as well). We had such a good holiday at this establishment for 4 nights, it was one to remember. We stayed 9 adults and 5 children. A terrace apart and a small one was sufficient for all 14 of us which is amazing. We went there in the middle of November which meant that the weather wasn't good enough for beach. This place has a terrace pool which is used by ladies in the summer and filled with sea water. In the winter though, it is filled with the thermal water and men uses it in the morning and women uses it in the afternoon. Imagine having your body very warm in the thermal pool and your head in the out in the open in the winter. I can say it was really cool. The spa was decent and had everything in it. My 64 year old mom loved the whole body massage we treated her so good and talented spa staff. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. We cooked ourselves so we didn't spend too much on food. Our only complaint would be that although staff warned us sometimes rudely about the use of cellphones in the spa, we still saw couple people who were taking pics. No no for a modest place. Staff took care of it though. Again when women were using the terrace pool, one day the door for men wasn't locked so 2 teenage boys got in which again is a no no for a modeat place. The establishment apologised a lot for this and I am sure they will be much more careful.”

Wherever you look you see something simple but beautiful, the view to the see, the little garden, the flowers, the harminc of colours…The breakfast is unforgettable, great taste, huge variety of hot and cold dishes, long time at the table, enjoyment of tastes and life. Cunda Island worth a visit, the Aegeian see and the little city of Ayvalik is a great place for holidays, go for Cunda Tur with boat!”
