“We had a lovely stay at Cherry Ridge Retreat and highly recommend. The communication and booking were excellent. The property is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures—some aspects even nicer than expected! We stayed in Ravine’s Edge and loved the outdoor spaces. We’ll be back when it’s warmer and we can spend more time out there. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything we needed to cook all weekend. Comfortable bed, super clean, excellent water pressure and plenty of heat on very cold weekend. My husband is picky about comfortable chairs and he enjoyed the recliners, too. Thanks to the Cherry Ridge team for an awesome stay!”

“The Inn is as beautiful as its pictures. Our room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was standard but the snack was delicious cookies from the bakery next door. The pool and hot tub area was kept nicely warm. Numerous comfortable areas to relax, even a couple with fireplaces. Warning, they do not have a dining room and most places are closed on Sunday in this area.”

“Second time at the Berlin Grande. The room was immaculate. Very spacious. The free breakfast in the morning is always nice and the use of the pool and hot tub are great. Sat outside by the fire pit and chatted with a friendly couple visiting the area. We had nice fall weather which definitely helped with sitting outside and on the room’s balcony. The hotel is well kept. Staff was nice.”

“Well kept hotel with very friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now and both visits were great. You can tell management thrives on efficiency. A few days before arriving, I checked in on the app and requested a late checkout. I received a notification that my late checkout was approved, which rarely happens at other properties. Usually you have to ask the day of checkout, so that was a huge plus! I also got a minor upgrade to the room I booked, so that was also a pleasant surprise. Arrived and the staff is super friendly, they always greet you when you walk by. My check in was with Kim and she was quick and answered my questions. Kate at the bar was nice and attentive to us. It was cool getting to know that she got to craft items on the drink menu! The lounge is clean and always had the basics available. I didn't really partake in the evening welcome since I usually went out to dinner instead, but the spread looked good! I like the Franke coffee maker they have, made myself caramel lattes for breakfast and in the evenings. At checkout, Jarvis handled my checkout using my Marriott gift card I bought (which can be a doozy for other hotels!) quickly and got me on my way in minutes with a smile, while keeping things light as he juggled multiple guests. I will definitely return here on future trips. I really want to check out "The Joseph" downtown, but the service here keeps me coming back!”
