“Lovely place. Friendly staff. You are shown right to your pitch. Mats are provided to stop you sinking in the sand. Pitches are clearly delineated and have shade. Facilities were all clean. Hot and cold water available for laundry and washing up sinks. Showers were lovely. Plenty of hot water and room to keep your clothes dry. A shirt walk to the beach and town. Swimming pool was such a bonus. It was gorgeous. Restaurant and bar was really good value. Every member of staff was so friendly. We will definitely return.”

“Really nice camping directly at the beach. Good places for tent and caravan, although you might need some help with the latter as the roads in the camping are a bit narrow - but they gladly help you with that. We went there in May, and at that time it was quiet and very clean. Sanitary was very well cleaned every day. There is a nice restaurant directly at the camping and the village is just 2 minutes walking away.”

“The staff are very nice and the food is delicious! I'm an electric wheelchair user, so I need an accessible room. It turns out every single room is accessible in this hotel, which is great! The room and bathroom are very spacious, and shower chairs are available. The bed is massive and very nice to sleep on. The only thing that was missing was an emergency cord in the room and bathroom in case of a fall. I'd really advise the hotel to find a solution for disabled people who stay alone in case of an unexpected fall. There's also free parking.”

“Wonderfully situated in Marseillan in the middle of vineyards lies this oasis. I came across it by chance via Booking because I wanted to make a stopover on my way from Spain to Switzerland. The whole complex (super spa area and beautiful pool outside) is very detailed, as are the rooms. The restaurant was first class. The staff were all very friendly. When I am in the region again, I already know which hotel I will book :)”

“This Hotel is very nice but! I sort of wondered if anyone worked there? On arrival at 15.00 on Friday, the young receptionist seemed confused as our rooms were not ready, but we only had to wait a short time. We were 3 guests which included 2 elderly ladies one with a walking stick Parking in the garage under the Hotel was perfect, but when I asked for help with baggage, I was asked why!, I requested a trolley, and then I asked another young woman if there was a trolley or someone could help, fortunately she seemed to know and helped me At 17.30, we went to the bar but no one was there, eventually the chef came to serve drinks, by that time we decided to go for a walk. Dinner was very good, service and menu excellent. Our 1st morning breakfast, a buffet, was very good but only one young man attending to the room, Only one staff. Next morning a disaster!, we arrived for breakfast, a large group had been in before , the tables were at mess, none set up and above all, the buffet, nothing left, we felt for the young man, again only one staff, he was trying clean up the tables, along with other guests, we complained to the receptionist offered us the breakfast for free. The day receptionist, Quentin, was very helpful, but also felt for him having to field off so many complaints. The night receptionist, Guillaume also was very helpful. I could not recommend this Hotel at all, It seemed to me the staff had to cope with bad management , not enough staff.”
