“I would love to give this location 5 stars but it would be a disservice to the nature of providing meaningful feedback for the purpose of improvement. I’m diamond member and was hoping to check in early so I arrived at 1:30pm. I was asked to return in a half hour. I came back in 2 and 1/2 hours and the room was still not ready. I played pool in the lobby until around 4:15pm. My wifey began to feel ill so I went to check on the status of my room only to learn that the room had been ready if the system had been refreshed. The process of accessing breakfast could definitely use some improvement by way of verifying actual hotel guests. There is a sign posted to provide your room number on the table with the food. However, the lady servicing the dining area was “selective” about who she asked t their room number. It was very apparent and verbally expressed by several that it felt discriminatory. Other than those two very unfortunate circumstances, the property was very clean and centrally located to popular venues and attractions.”

“Fisher Island, FL: The general manager is from Hamburg, Germany, and has been running Fisher Island impeccably for the last half-decade. It seems like this paradise has no problems, beautiful people, private and secluded, with beautiful beaches. Day rate rooms with a resort fee are available, otherwise this is an equity Island.”

“We only stayed one night. The things that staff can control were good: room was clean, check in & out easy, nice staff, we liked the little balcony of room 301. The things that they can't control weren't great. The room smelled musty, but there was another fragrance trying to cover it up. It was loud (night club downstairs), but closing the door did reduce it a lot. There was a light running along the top of the bed that we couldn't turn off. Overall we probably won't stay again.”

“I had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are large, comfortable, very clean and the parking was free. They have complimentary laundry machines that are very well kept and the hotel has water fountains and fruit infused water in the lobby to keep you hydrated in the very hot Miami weather. The hotel has a very decent breakfast as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. I had just had to move from a very bad hotel and was recommended this one. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly pleasurable to be around and made my stay that much more memorable for me. Specifically Andres, Santiago and Danni stood out, they were all incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I had about the hotel property and information around the area. (Also very patient as I had lots of questions) The atmosphere they helped foster made me feel so comfortable that I actually extended my stay multiple times. The hotel was in a very convenient location for my family and I as well. This hotel will now be my first choice if I ever need another hotel stay in Miami. I highly recommend.”

“The online reps are wonderful (helpful, prompt, courteous, understands my request every time). I didn’t use any on-site service like housekeeping hence I have a 4 star. However, the on-site front desk concierge, Jose, was very helpful and friendly. He gave us extra coffee pods and beach towels upon request and suggested some places to visit in the city. The room is on the small side but practical, comfortable and clean. However, the walls of the room are thin as we could hear the luggage being rolled in the hallway, the shower running in the next room and the clothes hanger being moved around the closet/garment area by the guests in the next room. Luckily, the hotel wasn’t at full capacity, the few other guests were generally quiet, and we were out and about most of the time. The bed is a little soft for our preference but still comfortable overall. The washroom was a good size and also very clean with all the toiletries available. We would stay there again but perhaps not at high/peak season due to the potential noise issues (thin walls and we’re light sleepers).”

“This is an older property, but it is so well maintained! The hotel is beautiful and set back off the main strip, convenient to all the great stuff. The staff were very attentive and nice - Khiara, Marcus, and Amanda always replied quickly to my requests in the Hilton app! And they even left a special surprise for us on our anniversary. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

“We arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage. There were 2 hotel employees standing outside at the valet stand and neither one greeted us or offered any help with the luggage. Not a big deal but a sign of the type of service we could expect. When we got to the room it looked nice and the water view was beautiful. But then we found the remote was sticky. The floor was sticky. Water pressure terrible. Paper thin walls. Room next door had at least 10 people having an extremely loud party. We called downstairs, they said they’d call security, but we were kept awake until around 2:30 because of the noise. In the morning we were trying to leave but our car was blocked in for 15 min because the valet left 2 cars blocking the only exit.”

“I stayed here for two nights with my 5 yo daughter. We had a great stay. I love this location. Close to the hotspots of south beach, but just off the beaten path of crazy… and still right on the beach. The room was wonderful (1 bedroom king suite) except the windows didn’t open. Special shout out to Andre at the front desk who was a perfect blend of kindness and professionalism. He offered us a new room for our second night, but packing up and moving seemed like a lot , so we stayed in our very comfortable room. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The happy hour offered some of the best value I’ve found in a high end Hilton in a major city. I had a misunderstanding with my Hilton Diamond food credit and Debra accommodated me thoughtfully. Good pool area. This is an expensive hotel, a little higher end than others I’ve stayed in on the beach, but it was worth the extra for me. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel rooms are not bad, they are clean and I can appreciate the laminate wood floors. But for the price you know that you are paying for location. Service is lack luster. Front desk staff leave much to be desire and almost appear sour in the face. Most of the patrons appear conceited and pompous. The gym equipment need a deep cleansing. I give this location a solid 3 stars out of 5.”
