“Overrated for sure! 3 out of 4 meals not prepared well or properly! Absolutely no flavor! Kitchen seems to be lacking basic spice rack! Have they heard of seasoning? At 30-$40 per entree that we all ordered we were shocked that they did not know how to prepare a medium rare steak or how to cook lobster properly. Looking for a meal worth this cost, we say find somewhere else! The establishment also does not care about this. No manager came to see our table despite the issues and their message response was simply “sorry, hope you give us another try”. Customer satisfaction was obviously not at their top of the list!”

“This is classic Home2 Suites - if you’ve stayed at them before, you’ll understand. It’s consistent with what you expect from any Hilton Home2 property. I like it’s location as well as the price. My room was clean and exactly as described. The beds were acceptably comfortable, the fitness center had the basics, and the breakfast had the classics available.”

“This is a great campground for families and couples. Great things to keep kids occupied. Water to fish and enjoy. Nice areas for dogs to run. We enjoyed the little hiking trail. The bathrooms were were clean and roomy. Staff was nice as well. Sites were nicely sized and you don't feel cramped in.”

“I went for my birthday dinner with some friends and we had a great time. The restaurant is small and cozy. The food is pricey but delicious. The layout can be kind of confusing but I really like how charming it is with the fireplace going and Christmas decorations everywhere. Next time I may want to stay in a room. I'll definitely be back for the food.”

“Rooms showing age, we were told the hotel is beginning to renovate the rooms, room did not have body wash (shower bottle empty) or regular coffee, I had to call down to recieve both. TV did not turn on, 😒, needed assistance from front desk, problem with remote, watched the NYE ball drop, but because of TV issues next morning, we could not watch Mummers parade. We will NOT return to this hotel and seek out another hotel that offer the longwood package, we are done with the Hilton Garden Inn Kennett Square”

“This was my first experience with staying at the Element by Westin and it was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire stay. I will definitely stay at this location again.”
