“Horrible experience. Rude staff. AC and geyser control is at reception, every time you need to request staff to turn appliances on. Rooms are pathetic and smelly. There are leakage of water on the walls, feels like room is full of germs. They even not given water to drink as complimentary. I am surprised this hotel has 4.4 rating on google by seeing this we also fell prey. Its fake rating. Hotel is not good at all. Not recommend.”

We hosted couple of event in the hotel, all I can say is the best so far in pathankot. We hosted a party at the banquet hall and a dinner gathering at the rooftop bar. Food 10/10, Service 10/10. “Restuarant staff and food is good. When it come to stay felt like a 3 star motel. The beautification is definitely there but the cleaning of rooms is pathetic,the bathroom essentials were of lowest possible quality ,untidy and seemed like used 100 times before. There is no dusting,cleaning done in any ways even when we did prior reservations.Would recommend restuarant but a place for stay ,at this price one can get many good hotels nearby.”

“Had a pleasant stay at Exotic Hotel with my family young child and elderly. Room was really clean, bathroom spacious and clean. Hot water and good breakfast. The staff was thoughtful and told us to just rest and go to bed and can do the check in procedures the next day as we arrived quite late at midnight. This hotel is situated in a lane where there is no crowd and it's so peaceful, a really short walk to golden temple. The team really took care of us well. Lift is currently being installed which will be useful for the future. Note that your vehicle won't be allowed in this area, so if you have lots of heavy luggage might have to get a rickshaw to get there”
