Jonah’s Restaurant & Boutique Hotel
4.6
( 8 reviews )

69 Bynya Rd, Palm Beach NSW 2108, Australia

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jonah’s Restaurant, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the restaurant’s elegant decorations, which set the stage for a truly luxurious dining experience. The breathtaking panoramic views of the sea from Jonah’s are unparalleled. With every glance, I was mesmerized by the vast expanse of the ocean, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop that enhanced my overall dining experience. It’s a haven for seafood enthusiasts and nature lovers alike, providing a dining ambiance that is both tranquil and awe-inspiring. The hospitality at Jonah’s is truly commendable. The lady at the reception was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries made me feel valued as a guest. The staff’s genuine friendliness and dedication to ensuring a seamless dining experience were evident throughout my visit.”

29 Moore Rd, Freshwater NSW 2096, Australia

“Great pub, food is pretty good, atmosphere is great but found it funny how no staff knew what Tia Marie was. Told them you can have with milk which I think stunned them more. So I said just have a Baileys instead and they said with milk. We got there in the end sort of.😀”

“Just WOW. So pleasantly surprised by this place. Great place to stay in the northern beaches. The pub food is delicious, very well priced and you get 10% and 2 free drinks for staying at the hotel. The beach is literally in front and it’s a lovely and quiet one. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And one of the best things is they provide free parking!”

1 N Head Scenic Dr, Manly NSW 2095, Australia

“The picturesque location of this establishment is undeniably charming, boasting a delightful historic setting that offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The heritage ambiance and scenic views contribute to the overall appeal of the place, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, my stay during the summer months, especially in mid-February, left much to be desired. While I appreciate the historical significance of the location and the noted absence of air conditioning in the rooms, the scorching weather turned my room into a veritable hotbox. Despite having a ceiling fan, the lack of airflow rendered my stay uncomfortably warm. The placement of the fan on the ceiling seemed ineffective, and a simple pedestal fan would have been a more practical solution. Even attempts to alleviate the heat by opening the door and window were futile, as there was no possibility of airflow. It was disheartening to find that other guests shared the same grievance. Despite this setback, I would be willing to return, albeit strictly during the middle of winter, to fully appreciate the charm without the discomfort caused by the oppressive heat. On a positive note, the Boiler Room restaurant surpassed expectations with its delectable offerings, earning an A+ rating from me. I highly recommend dining there, and I intend to revisit solely for the culinary experience. The staff throughout the establishment were consistently friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the shuttle service, as explained during check-in, fell short of expectations and requires some attention and fine-tuning to fulfill its promised convenience. Despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was marked by the enchanting setting, outstanding culinary offerings, and the amiable staff.”

Time And Tide Hotel

30 Campbell Ave, Dee Why NSW 2099, Australia

“Classic Aussie pub that hasn't changed much since the 90s... But with the exception of a more adventurous dining menu! The meals were good quality and lots of variety. 😋👌 What is unusual is the unusually large kiddies playground in the bush setting Beer Garden... Great hangout after a day at the beach. 🌞🍻👌 They also had live music on a Sunday afternoon, in the form of a young guy on a keyboard playing in-tune classics! ✌️😉✌️”

“I have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years now and have noticed a change in the quantity ( portions ) of the food as of recently . The prices have increased which is understandable when looking at inflation however , with the rise in price I would expect the same if not more of the portion size. Specifically , the schnitzel meal I ordered takeaway was half of its old size. It used to come with 1 and half schnitzels , double the veg and a full container of chips. Tonight’s meal did not match this description .”

“Lovely view, clean and spacious room with very modern amenities- the only reason this is not5 star would be the lack of kitchen facilities- we had a microwave and panini press but from the photos thought there would be more available in …”
