Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and to my delight, I discovered a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful birthday card waiting for me in my room. The personal touch made me feel incredibly valued and appreciated. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Tiny Lou's, the hotel's restaurant. The entire experience was nothing short of enchanting. The ambiance was elegant, the service was impeccable, and the food was a true culinary delight. It was a memorable evening that exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure of enjoying the rooftop amenities offered by the Clermont Boutique Hotel. The panoramic views were breathtaking, and it provided the perfect setting to unwind and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. To top off the night, I made my way to the Clermont Lounge located at the bottom of the hotel. The entertainment and lively atmosphere made for an unforgettable evening. “All these reviews on here are fake. This hotels is a dump in the room smells dirty, dated disgusting terrible customer service they charge me over $1700 for one night stay do not give them your card. They’ll scan you here they did it to me then the general manager did not do anything for me. Worst I ever had in my life and I’ve traveled this whole United States of America, anybody would common sense. Do not stay here go to Hilton.”

“I did not enjoy my stay at all. I wish I would have chose another hotel to stay at. The front desk staff and the cleaners were nice but that was the only thing “nice” about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. First room had a broken door handle to the bathroom so it wouldn’t close properly. Then we had to switch rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. I went down to the front desk to ask for maintenance to come fix the toilet. Maintenance had left for the day so I was handed a plunger to fix it myself. It did not solve the problem. The second room was slightly better than the first. The breakfast buffet is over at 9AM on the week days. I’ve never known a hotel breakfast to be over before 10am. Also I requested late check out and I was told they do not have enough cleaning staff to allow late check out. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. There is better in the area for around the same price.”

“Just wanted to share my experience over the weekend at sentral. It’s been amazing and the people from the front seat to to management were very nice and friendly. Tristan was great with all accommodations through email and communicating with concierge services. The parking was easy. The rooms were nice and hallway clean. The gym was busy but it’s very nice and clean. The only tiny problem is the long walk to room from parking. So prepare to work out. Thanks Sentral for everything we loved everything and our family is happy😅💞 Oh: The food is great right outside the building there are salad options, coffee, noodles, sushi, burgers, seafood, & more waking distance so no car needed. The location is A++++++ Sentral Life Rocks”

“Good location, low quality rooms. No vent fans, stains on the comforters, the shower curtain holder was damaged so didn't like to stay closed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, nice complimentary cookies and other things. But the rooms smelled a little, and had lots of stains. They didn't seem clean. Loud, poorly insulated. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Even overheard them snoring. Requires vallay parking, which I'm not a fan of.”

“For this hotel to be located in such an upscale area it is rather filthy. The bed was not made properly which led me to believe linen had not been changed, the carpet was so nasty it left debri on the bottom of my indoor only house slippers and the coffee machine had coffee grinds and stains, the sink had a dirt ring in it and the tissue paper had not been replaced with the new roll that was available. I was told no housekeeping was on staff when I inquired why room had not been serviced for the day and I had to walk down to get clean towels. This location needs to be yellow taped off and thoroughly cleaned. I have photos and will attach them SOMEWHERE. 🤢”

“I really enjoyed my stay here! From the service I received at the front desk with Sofia to the friendly housekeeping staff that are available to help meet your needs. Prisca who handles the breakfast buffet is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and makes sure everything is stocked and fresh. Plus she's super helpful and so nice and never has an issue supplying you with what you ask for. Another perk is the incidental fee which is only $25 instead of the normal hotel rates of $75 or $100. I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in town!”

“Great stay at this Hilton location. The room was clean. We brought our toddler and the room was big enough for him to run around in. I’d say if you are not here for the late night fun to stay floors 3-4. There’s music that thumps from the floor beneath the main and it goes just about until 2am. It want too bad, but good to know for next time. We stayed on floor 2. The location is perfect for walking to coffee, brunch, dinner or just for a stroll. Convenient to the Avalon for more restaurant or shopping options. Parking was not an issue. The hotel has valet for their fee. Or if you are not here long during the day ~2-3 hours you can easily street or park in the public parking garage for $0. All in all wonderful stay.”
