The local customer service person Ashley did an outstanding job assisting me with my reservation. Ashley selected the perfect and I mean perfect room for my family's visit for two days. Overall, the hotel was well staffed and provided higher than expected customer service. From the breakfast selection, cleanliness, amenities, gulf views, location and customer service from staff this was an outstanding experience.”

“This place was awesome, all the way around. Staff was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, and all rooms faced the water. Rooms were clean, and each had a balcony. Very well planned and designed. With most Holiday Inn's, the breakfast was provided. I have to say that they have done a great job in this area. It's a beautiful beach, and an easy walk to the boardwalk. This beach is a gem, and is right out the back door.”

“We got this for under a C-Note and for that price it’s a great room! It’s very clean! It smells like “The Beverly Hillbillies” granny’s perfume- won’t gag you out at all! The shower comes with a basin that doesn’t drain so you get a foot spa and leave with your feet extra clean and pruned. The carpet is very clean, thankfully, because my son fell between the bed and the wall. My husband felt very at home, he strolled around the room in front of his family in his tight squeaky underwear. Hitting snooze was a theme this morning because the beds were so comfortable! They’re also a very giving hotel; they let me take home a roll of toilet paper for our allergies and sneezing, and a new pen. Book a room- it’ll be great!”

“This hotel sets the bar for a family travel experience at reasonable rates. If you're needing a place to put down for a few days, this where you need to go. Room was spotless, in fact, everything about this hotel was *spotless*. There is genuine care and serious effort put into maintaining this property. Generously sized rooms, full sized fridge, basic dishes/dishwasher, and fully available kitchen. We saw pets coming and going, but none of the evidence they were there; no smells, no messes. Breakfast selection is on par with any Hampton Inn, but again, *super clean*. Staff exuded genuine good cheer and pleasantness.”

“I have a very nice pug that was in a crate the majority of our stay. When I walked in to get a room, I asked if the pet fee was refunded afterwards if no damages. I was in informed it was refundable. I was then charged the 100$ dollar pet fee, because it is non-refundable. Then when I call and ask about it, (as usual with the customer service we see these days.) I was told tough luck. Not even someone trying to help. I will not be staying at any Marriott after this experience. Just know if you have a pet. It's 100$ even if it's a one night stay. To be honest, I'm more upset at the lack of humanity or empathy when dealing with the people that spend their hard earned and hard taxed money with this company.”
