“Good location if you only want the airport but really bad location for Toulouse. The staff are not friendly or very helpful. You can eat here but only between very specific times and you absolutely will be turned away rudely outside of those times. It is as if the staff and hotel owners don't understand how international travel and airports work. The rooms are ok but the hotel is quite new so that isn't hard to achieve. If you only want a place that is the closest to the airport as possible then the NH is an option but I would rather stay a bit further away (like the Holiday Inn Express) and have nice staff and a pleasant experience. Edit So this is a reply to your comment I tried your room service and what I wanted was not available. Your answer was very rude and unprofessional. You should be very ashamed of yourselfs. This is the worst service I have come across and I travel a lot. The rooms are noisy, the staff are rude, the room service is disgraceful. Please change the management of this hotel because I have been put off staying at any other NH hotel ever again”

“We stayed in a nearby village for a few nights. This restaurant looked amazing online, so we booked a table for dinner. It was a warm summer day and we got a table on the beautiful terrace with amazing valley views. Our Bulldog was welcome here as well. Parking is just out front. We both chose the three-course set menu, a bottle of water and a bottle of Pouilly-Fuisse (great wine). There was an amuse-bouche served first and then an appetizer. Both full of flavours and a work of art visually. For the starter we had the Foie Gras mi-cuit. We do love Foie Gras and this one here was among the very best we've ever had. Perfection. For the main we had the Filet de Boeuf with side. The meat was cooked as ordered and cooked to perfection. Tender, juicy. High quality meat. The potatoes with the Béchamel Sauce were great and a perfect match for the meat. We chose two different desserts. One was a chocolate/nut cake and the other was a fruit mousse with sorbet. Both again absolute masterpieces. Visually and taste-wise. Desserts are always, in our opinion, the hardest part to pull off. And they got a real master in the kitchen here. A very exciting meal without any fault. The staff / owner were all great. Really took care of us well, very friendly and welcoming. Paid just a bit under 150 Euros. And that's amazing value for the food, the presentation and the quality. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent hotel! We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There must have been a good sound insulation because we didn't hear a thing. We mostly booked this hotel because they don't have carpets in the rooms. We think it's more hygienic without carpets. The room was very clean, everything was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection including a few vegan options and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. We loved the musical theme of the hotel as well. The location is in the center or Toulouse Capitole, everything in the city center is at a walking distance from the hotel. If you come with a car you can park at the underground Capitole parking (email or call the hotel first) it's an alright parking, pretty safe to leave your car there overnight.”

“The room was so dirty. I mean it looks like someones fluids is in the carpet. Towels were dirty. There was mold on the windows and on the wall. Cockraoches in the room. Manager gave me another room with same their level of cleaniness and said "standard cleaning". Pool area. There is Sauna style room. Hotel is close by to the Airport. Coffee costs 5€/cup! Restaurant staff is very friendly and nice. Breaksfast is very minimalistic.”

“A wonderful experience! I've stayed at a few chateaux and this by far was the most comfortable ever. Our room was nicely decorated, everything was quality, from the pillows to the extra heater in the bathroom - they thought of everything. We also ate at the restaurant, which was also delicious. I could see this place being excellent for a wedding! We really enjoyed our stay here!”

“Room very cold though beautifully decorated and bed very comfortable . Bathroom very tastefully fitted out . The hotel has gone to a great deal of trouble to decorate some rooms beautifully and make the entrance so impressive . .However we didn’t enjoy our meal as it was mostly cold, there is quite a distance from the kitchen which looked impeccably clean to the dining room .We ordered a bottle of 2018 local wine which I thought might have aged a bit. . Really irritated that they brought a later year and weren’t going to tell me until I pointed out the difference . I opted for cheese course but just one kind available which they only told me when they served it . Food not4 star quality. Very disappointed”

“Front desk was very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Everyone ‘s English is great. Loved the breakfast option. There was lots of food options and coffee machine was great. My room was great on the 5th floor with a balcony. I needed to keep the window open because the airflow in the room wasn’t the best. There is no AC and the room heats up quickly. I was there over Halloween and even with the noise outside, once I closed my window, I couldn’t hear anything.”
