No bayhroom sleepers. No water bottle on entry. No tea kit. Dirty bedsheets. Poorest of poor service. Not at all recommended for family and womens specially. Location is not easily approachable. Online cab will never comes outside hotel, you have to walk till main road. No lift. If you book online, receptionist will ask you to upgrade room as selected rooms is not ready and he will charge Rs. 200-300 extra. It's a cheating basically. You have pay full amount at the time of check-in. Overall this hotel's rooms doesn't deserve a rate of more than Rs.500-700 per night. Book this hotel at your own risk.”

“Very nice resort and the rooms are very spacious and well kept. The view of the Ganges from the restaurant is awesome. The staff is very good natured and helpful and the food is delicious, we had Bengali and Chinese food and it was good. There is no provision for indoor or outdoor games. Please carry rackets, and other games that you want to play. A little over priced but overall a 4 plus for a one day stay with kids.”

“I recently stayed in Peerless. The hotel is located in a good place, and the rooms are fine; but the service is terrible here. The staff are usually unwilling to work. It took time for them to prepare the room even after checking in. They could not also provide relevant information about the area. More disturbingly, while checking out, the staff at the reception could not give a complete bill because of "problems in the system". At check-out, I booked a cab for dropping me off at Howrah (about 6km). They charged me Rs 2500 quoting same price as airport drop (usual Uber price for the drop at Howrah is around Rs 300), and could not give me a bill for it after trying for 15 minutes. Since I already paid the complete bill, I could not do anything at that point. All I could request was to send me the bill to my email; but it has been four days since then and I am yet to receive the bill. I am even unsure whether the charges were real. Overall, I am not going to stay at Peerless ever again, and I will advise everyone against it.”

Service was excellent, food was lip smacking, anything which was required and asked for was provided with easy and dinner was specially extended for more than 20 people because our wedding completion took some extra time.
