“Booked two nights first night everything good, but next day when renewing my room key they suddenly remembered that they don’t accept locals even though i had already stayed a night. I argued that to manager and suddenly she decided to kick me out and stated “i was trying to help you out” like it a was even a favor to pay to stay there lmao just cancelled that night and went somewhere else. Manager is a pro of turning a small situation into a problem.”

“I enjoy the location as it's central to some good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The hotel rooms are always clean and kept up with during your stay. My only complaint about this location is that 4 out of 5 times the staff are not very friendly, and talk in a tone that they are annoyed with you.”

“My husband and I stayed here and fell in love with it. As soon as you pull up to the park it is inviting, it has fantastic charm and character, you can tell the owner of the park took tremendous pride in the development. The entire campground is well maintained, and has a ton of amenities. The sites are well laid out, clean, spacious, and easy to pull into. Even the dogs have nice areas to play and do their business. Making reservations was simple, we were able to get our first night with just a few hour's notice. The pricing is beyond fair for the service you receive. The owner and staff are very accommodating and the gift shop is adorable. We liked it so much we stayed 2 more nights. September 2023.”

“This hotel runs well and is right off I-40. They were very swift in booking our stay over the phone. After letting him know we needed the room to sleep and rest during a roadtrip, Blake went above and beyond to accommodate us with a quiet room. Very impressed with the soap and body wash squeeze containers hanging in the bathroom. Linen and towels were clean and hair-free. There was fresh-ish coffee in the lobby when we checked out at 3am and plenty of creamer choices. We would absolutely visit this location again. :)”

“This hotel stay was a part of a longer road trip from CA to TN, second stop, and it was by far the best stay with its location, amenities, and room. My boyfriend, his dog, and I felt welcome and safe. The room itself was a large one, and it's located near lots of eateries and shopping. We couldn't explore, but we really enjoyed our time in our very large room!”

“Bedbugs, bed bugs…. Did I mention room 411 is infested with bedbugs. If you are lucky enough to get a bug free room it will still be poorly cleaned and disgusting to say the least. This place needs to be shut down.”

“Great place to stay, beautiful suite large rooms with full size refrigerator, kitchen sink and microwave, nice sitting area and very comfortable beds. Hotel looks very new and also has a wonderful free breakfast with waffles, oatmeal, ham and egg sandwiches everything was delicious and so comfortable. This was our 3 time staying here and we will definitely stay again next week as we travel home from the Holidays. We walked over to Big Texan restaurant to eat supper was such an amazing place with great food!”
