“We stayed here three nights. The room (107) was great! The staff is the nicest we have encountered at any US hotel. Hazel felt like family. Joy is a sweetheart. Tiffany was super nice. There were a couple others who went out of their way to be helpful and nice, but I didn’t get their names. We usually do AirBNB, but staying here was a great experience. Thank you!”

“Last minute staycation. Very friendly front desk employee(Greg I believe). The room super nice and clean. Even had a sofa area to watch TV that I didn't expect. Bathrooms clean and accommodating. I mainly came to swim since my condo pool had already closed at Labor Day. Had the pool to myself. Very clean, could tell it was well chlorinated and maintained. Looking forward to continental breakfast. I'm a happy visitor thus far. Thank you.”

“For a motel it's not bad. You can tell the owners do their best to keep the rooms updated and clean. The walls were a bit thin and the room was a bit cozy, but they do a good job making good use of space. For the price, it's not bad.”

“I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care that management and staff at this location have for the health and well-being of their guests. I 10/10 do not recommend you eat the complimentary breakfast. The waffle dispenser spouts have silicone pieces inside that have black mold on them. Management and kitchen staff are fully aware of this and have been for several months, but continue to serve guests waffle batter this way. Loren (one of the managers), put duct tape over the mold and placed it back into the machine. This is an extreme violation of health and safety codes and regulations. HR and the Health Department have been contacted. You the people deserve the right to know this information as well. Seeing as many of us have probably eaten from this moldy waffle container without knowing. Not to mention the rates here can be extremely high and they pride themselves on being the best of the best. It only makes me question what else is going on that we might not know about.”

“The hotel was fresh, clean, and updated. The room was very comfortable. A great Hampton Inn we’ll be happy to stay at again. The breakfast attendant, Sherry, was extremely friendly and efficient; probably the best breakfast attendant we’ve ever seen. She was running around like an energizer bunny, making sure every single item was constantly replenished, fresh, and well organized. Unlike many Hampton Inns we’ve been to, the HHonors digital key actually worked here, so we didn’t have the opportunity to interact with the front desk staff. Excellent location right off the freeway and near dozens of popular restaurants. Overall a great experience.”

“Great hotel for couples. Very new and clean. Awesome outside area, lobby, pool, lounge, and pool table! We loved most everything - including the Marshall Bluetooth speaker! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the shower area not having enough privacy. Only the toilet is private. Otherwise amazing stay.”

“very janky hotel it was fine for 1 night but I couldn’t imagine staying longer. the faucet in our hotel room was barely a trickle and the pressure of the shower wasn’t much better. rooms were fine. breakfast was an abomination nothing was edible fr. also the pool looks like it has diseases growing don’t go in”

“I read negative reviews about this hotel but never let other people's opinions influence mine. I had the whirlpool room and everything about the room was great. Very clean room with a clean hot tub and fresh towels. The guy at the counter was very friendly and courteous, so much so that I found myself standing around just to chat with him. Every time he saw me or my wife he asked if everything was ok with our stay so far. Great customer service. It clearly states on their website (choice hotels App) that there is no elevator. It also says there will be a $100 deposit,..so no surprises if you actually research what you're booking before doing so. I don't travel to this area much but did save this hotel as a favorite and will stay here again when in town.”
