“Decided on a last minute get-away to Rockport--in the wintertime---and LOVED it! The Cove was a perfect choice! It was directly across from the ocean with a beautiful porch right outside of our door and windows, where we sat with blankets, drinking our coffee each morning! We also took walks up to the top of Bearskin Neck and stopped for breakfast at Brother's Brew Coffee House to start our day(s). The room was bright, had a wonderful king size bed and large shower! The mini fridge and microwave were a bonus! As much as it would have been the PERFECT place in the summer, it proved to be equally beautiful and relaxing in the winter!! We liked having the place (almost) to ourselves, and the on-site free parking in the lot next door (accessed by a walking path) worked out perfect!! Perhaps we'll be back next NY's Eve, as well!! (If not sooner!) The service was all done remotely which we found to be no problem, but if you have difficulties with technology or prefer hands on assistance at a hotel, the wintertime may not be the time to go. I'm assuming it may be different in the summer/spring?”

One advice is pls Provide Drivers allowance a good centralized heated room and a quality food to driver. For that service we paid... “Stayed one night at this location. Rooms were clean but had to put up our own shower curtain on the rod (surprising!) Then, strangely enough, when we turned off all the lights and were in bed, there was active light on the bedspread, maybe static electricity? Very strange. Breakfast was super, staff was very friendly and helpful to get us coffee. In the morning, during typical checkout time, no one was staffing the front desk. Keep up the good work, and take care of your employees as I am sure they are hard to find these days.”

“Me and my husband came in September for our anniversary. The room had hair on the phone and on pillows. One pillow case had some slobber on it, terrible. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, so was the swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool. It was a Nicety experience, bad for anniversaries.”

“This is the worst Hilton I've stayed at. I understand the rates are super high due to season and being competitive, but these 3 nights were definitely NOT worth $1500. It was a major disappointment with each new discovery. We decided to stay here because it was supposed to be near Salem and it was a Hilton. The drive to downtown was nice and the views were great, but the hotel itself was a major disappointment and dirty compared to what I'm used to. The room itself did not accurately reflect the images when we spent copious amounts of time searching for the perfect hotel. We're just going to stay in Downtown Salem next time and skip the hotel. There was not much light in the room itself and only had tiny lamps. The couch could not be sat on. We thought it would be a nice shower and stay but it was disappointing. The front staff were really great people and friendly. They don't have anything to do with the upkeep and maintenance. If we're going to spend $1500 on 3 nights, it should be more memorable than what we were left with.”

“Beautiful place and area. Got a room on the top floor. It was pretty and clean but small. The skylight was nice! My two biggest complaints are parking and the shower. Very few parking spots and they even said there are more rooms than they have parking spots. So that was kind of a hassle. Maybe the showers on other floors are different but I wouldn’t know. The shower was terribly small. The shower curtain sticks to your leg. There is no room to move and I’m not a large person. I do have long hair and the water pressure was also bad. The shower head was high and I am short so it was difficult to wash my hair. The breakfast was decent. A few basic options. A lot of things in walking distance which was cool!”
