“While trying to figure out where to eat we came across "Zum Burggraf". What a delight it was to have dinner at this quaint little place. An astonishing view across the valley while enjoying our dinner. The girl who waited on us was very friendly. We were greeted by the kitchen with a little appetizer which consisted of fresh bread and a couple of their special sauces. The main entree was great as well and so was the dessert. Glad we stopped there for our dinner!”

“This is how awesome this hotel is: I have been here for less than 3 hours of a 1-day stay, and I am already raving about this staff! We came for the September Wine Fest. Living only 40 minutes away in Kaiserslautern, we figured it would be best to get a room and stay the night. You know, so we can drink as much as we want and not worry about driving. So … we got here at 11am, parked in front of the hotel, told the concierge who we were - and that we knew we were VERY early - but wondered if it would be possible to park and then walk to the Wine Festival. They told us parking was free, and that we were welcome, and simply made us feel very much at home. We walked over to the wine fest (maybe 300 meters away at most) and had a great afternoon before returning to the hotel check in at 16:00. Check-in was fast, the concierge was fluent in English, German, & French (I know, I tested him! ☺️), and before we knew it we were in out room. Nice view, clean and inviting room, comfortable bed and bath, and opulent facilities. The staff and condition of the hotel are proof that the leadership and managerial staff are committed to hiring only the best of the best and that speaks volumes. Bravo to all!🍸”

“I was there for dinner. Friendly staff who managed to give me a seat before another reservation. Perfectly cooked scaloppini, a bit too generous amount of oil to my taste but anyway it tasted great. Salad-dressing with red wine vinegar tasted home made. Sorbets also was prepared with lots of care and authentically fruity. Overall I quite liked the place!”

“Rooms is very basic, no phone signal, very poor Wi-fi. Advertising spacious rooms available, but you will get tiny. Our shower not been cleaned from previous customers. Although beds is comfy, food was good. For passing through, one night sleep is ok, but way overpriced!”
