“I've been staying here 4 nights per week for 7 months out of the last year. The rooms are always clean, linens fresh, and food is decent. Illianna (I think that's her name) at the front desk has always helped me out and is always very kind. I travel with my service dog and they are always accommodating by keeping us close to the door. Thank you all from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. I appreciate you and look forward to staying here again.”

“Be careful when booking using a special rate, if you modify your stay they will increase your rate. I booked using the government rate and due to an unexpected itinerary change I had to come in a day early. I contacted the hotel to add the day and they changed the daily rate of all three days to a higher rate. They also charge $10.00 a day for self parking, this is East Lansing, MI not NYC.”

“Unfortunately I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. After purchasing a suite and arriving a little after midnight, I wanted to get into bed immediately, my sheets not only were dirty and soiled. At this point why not throw them out or get them professionally cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting and had hair on both the seat and bottom. Completely unacceptable and tells me it was not cleaned at all. See photos. Do not stay here.”

“I could not be more happy with my experience here. Star the woman at the front desk was amazing. She was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room was what I expected. Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfy!! The grounds looked great, all tho the parking lot needs some attention! The location was perfect. I was in walking distance of everything I needed. Breakfast was your run of the mill hotel waffles. It still hit the spot! All in all I give Clarion Point an A. Thank you. I will be returning when the time comes!!”
