“We LOVE glamping at Coldwater Gardens. It’s a beautiful location, the sand bars are nice and secluded and the accommodations are just what you need to camp comfortably! I look forward to many more vacations spent here as my kids grow and many more memories made! We didn’t see the peacocks or goats this last trip, I hope we see them again…(or some to replace the old ones)!!”

“Alert! This is a great motel! My wife and I stayed 2 nights there in October, 2023. The desk lady said it had been renovated a couple of years ago. We had a room with comfortable king-sized bed. The carpet in the room and halls was new, and the room had been painted. It had a nice brand new sofa-chair, and being a handicap room, it had a nice walk in shower. The lobby people were all very cordial. We would like to stay there again sometime.”

“We did the Taste of the Tours zipline adventure on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023, with Megan and Catherine. We really enjoyed their enthusiasm for the activity, and they kept us entertained and educated. Also got to be VERY close with some complete strangers (shout out to Rachel and her family for being awesome)!”

“Upon walking in the hotel we were promptly greeted by friendly and professional staff. We were offered complimentary water and advised of breakfast times and location. They do offer guest laundry on the second floor which is pay by card only. They do have a hotel store for drinks and snacks. The prices were reasonable. Would stay here again....”

“Depending what your idea of camping should be this place will either be a big disappointment or acceptable as you can see by other reviews. However, as stated the road noise from the interstate is overwhelming. If you are driving a rig that you take a great deal of pride in be aware that when it rains your rig will covered with dirt. The gravel sites are surrounded by dirt. the sites are spacious. Be aware that access to this facility is easy coming off the interstate from the east or west. However, departing the campground is another issue. You cannot make a left turn on exiting. So, to get back onto the interstate you must make a u-turn in the Exxon station across the road. This is a remote location. shopping and restaurants are 10 miles away. The staff is very friendly.”

“Checked in today they had given me an upgraded room. When going in the room started looking around first thing I saw is a wad of hair in drain of shower!!!!! Didn’t go any further but back to front desk and ask for another room after showing two ladies the photo. Even after showing them picture I was told they recently received a 100 on inspection. Why was I told this ? This is the second time staying here I’ve experienced an unclean room. First time back in June the inside of shower curtain looked like someone had vomited all over it. I should never have tried again at this hotel. They gave me another room today and another manager came forth and checked it first and it wasn’t clean or she thought “not to my satisfaction “. I just want a clean room. Then a third room that will do nothing obvious at least. NEVER stay here again. This manager offered 15000 points and apologized. Such a great location and new hotel to not have clean rooms.”
