“I stayed at Perry Lane for a wedding. The staff was exceptional from check-in to valet. There was free champagne every day from 11-7. It was an excellent location to restaurants, bars, and the river district. The rooftop pool was beautiful. We did have lunch at the bar, and the views and service were great. The food was the only negative. We stayed in a suite, and the rooms were beautiful and quaint.”

“We just arrived for the week. I'll add more at the end of our vacation. We had a great time. The weather was wonderful. From the picture, the view from our balcony was beautiful. We stayed at Beach House on the Dunes #444 in the Beachside Colony Resort. Each room in the three bedroom condo has king beds. The mattresses were not new but certainly not too soft or springs poking in our backs. The furniture was horribly uncomfortable, worn out and old. While we never stay inside, we do spend a while in the evenings after dinner either sitting on the balcony or relaxing inside with family and friends. Not a chance with these furnishings. The front two bedrooms never get dark enough to sleep well. The walkways must be lit at night. However, the blinds on the windows don't block out the light in those bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep.”

“I will definitely be staying at the Justine Inn again on my next trip to Savannah. The staff was amazing. True southern hospitality. The breakfast was incredible each morning. The inn is so beautiful. It’s cozy and charming. Everyone there made me feel so special and comfortable. The inn is convenient to walk places. The river is a bit far, but I didn’t mind the walk at all because there’s so much to see along the way. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was wonderful.”

“We had an excellent overall experience at the Alida. The staff was fantastic, especially Ms. Rodriguez at the front desk. She helped us out when there was a discrepancy with the room we booked and the info the hotel got, and then went above and beyond by running up to the 3rd floor to check that the new room was ready when she was waiting to hear from housekeeping. We saw her go out of her way to help out other guests as well. Rooms are nicely designed and modern, furniture and bedding is great, the gym is fantastic, and the bar (and the bartenders) were excellent. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent. The amenity fee is annoying but there were enough benefits that it didn’t bother us too much, and we got such great service from the bar that it ended up being a bit of a silver lining. Only real complaint is that there’s no way to get coffee before 7am. Seems like an easy win to put it in the lobby instead of the restaurant a little bit earlier.”

“The house is only a few blocks from Forest Park and a 25 minute scenic and savory walk to the riverfront. The staff tell you they are located on the most beautiful street in Savannah and I agree. We stayed in the comfortable Chatham room whose entrance is on the street. We did not wake up with sore backs because of the mattress, and we felt very safe. You can hear walking above you in the parlor but it's not bad and non existent around 23:00. Breakfast was awesome as were the evening apps and dessert!!!! We visited in January for two nights and have stayed at a good many BnB's. I recommend this house.”

“Girls' trip to Savannah on Sept. 14-18, 2023 was so much fun😁. Our first visit & won't be our last. Our stay here was nice with the exception of housekeeping. We didn't ask for our room to be cleaned during our stay, but needed towels. You would think we asked for much more the way they reacted.🙄 They wouldn't give them to us, they had to deliver them; go figure- why!!! Hotel was nice & clean & not far from downtown. Angela & the lady who worked the evening shift on Thursday & Sunday were both very pleasant & accommodating. Our stay was more pleasant because of their hospitality. Thanks ladies!!!😊 Texas Girlfriends!!!!😍”

“This hotel is customer service is outstanding, the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The hotel is located in a perfect spot less than a five minute walk away from River Street. You have a beautiful view outside your window. Very inexpensive parking in the parking garage right across the street. The only negative was the rooms are a little small not enough space to walk around. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I plan to stay there every time I come down to visit family in Savannah.”

“Would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Stayed here from 12.30.23-1.1.24. As Hilton Gold member this place was a disaster. I am so disappointed with the stay here on New Years. As a boutique hotel it's far from being cozy, intimate, and having customized service for customers. There are multiple entrances to the property, with a public restaurant on the roof and therefore there is an array of people streaming through the floors and elevators. As a gold member we were given a city view (this is the floor above the street level). It is not an impressive view by any means. There were balcony river view rooms available online for booking at time of check in but we were not upgraded due to lack of "availability". The room was okay at first glance, however there were many questionable stains on the curtains and lamps, cracked bedside lamp cover, dust, lack of hot water in the shower, mildew smell in the bathroom, sticky hardwood floors, no mini fridge. The room rate was $520 a night which is simply ridiculous given the service provided by the staff and accommodation. There are only two good things about this place was the valet staff and the location. Yes valet is expensive and yes it took 10 minutes (which isn't ideal) for your car to come but the staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good along the river front and we were able to walk to most of the city.”
