“Everything went well on this, my first stay ever at this hotel. Was allowed to check in two hours early since my room was ready. Since I walked everywhere, parking wasn't an issue as I had a prime spot for when I arrived. Room was clean, individual AC that one could make as cold as possible which I enjoyed, and lobby was locked at 10 PM for security reasons. Since it was a brief stay, I did not have housekeeping. The jacuzzi was not working (seems that it's a former amenity at this point as I've been reading that for over a year now) and there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom that I had to move back and forth between the sink and the shower. There were three bottles of liquid in the shower, but two of them were shampoos and one was conditioner. I wish one of the two shampoos could have been a body wash, my one suggestion for improvement. I had no issues with noise and rates were reasonable. I'd stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Rowan University.”

“My family and I were traveling back from Maryland and needed to stop because of bad weather , I quickly chose this hotel and we were not disappointed, although we only stayed one night it was great! The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Tanya checked us in and she was extremely pleasant and even gave us some waters. The next day we had breakfast and were extremely impressed on not on the selection but the good flavors. The breakfast attendant was so accommodating and friendly. She gave us a great experience and I'm so glad she is a part of your team. She mentioned it was for 12 years ! Next time we are in the area we will be staying again, highly recommend”

“I will get my one negative comment out the way and say that the rooms could've been cleaner. I requested a switch out of my first room due to food residue being scattered about. I booked a few hours before checking in due to an emergency so it very well could've been that I came in between cleanings. That said, the lady I checked in with was extremely kind during check in and when I requested my switch. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious both days of my stay. The gym is small but has a good variety of workout tools. The price for a last minute emergency booking on my part was very good. If you're looking for a casual stay and need a comfortable, safe place to sleep I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would go back again.”
